    Bought a Baume & Mercier watch in May 2009 from Fraser Hart, Trafford Centre. August 2009, the minute hand fell off. Took it back, they said they would repair under guarantee etc, I drove in again to pick it up two weeks later. Oct 2009, it started gaining time, significantly, 4-5mins/24 hrs. I drove in again, took it back, they would not refund without sending it off to B&M, could not guarantee outcome but offered me a new one as an alternative, which I accepted. Now 2 weeks later, new one is having same problem. Tomorrow I will have to drive back in to Trafford Centre.....

    I have bought 3 x thomas sabo bracelets for memebrs of my family this year the charms on every bracelet purchased has broken completely or the clasps have opened slightly - I went into Fraser Hart at the Mall Cribbs Causeway and found the Manager somewhat patronising he asked me what I expected as silver is a weak metal - I said I expected some sort of quality in a designer bracelet - he also suggested that we have the charms soldered onto the bracelets - I explanined the whole idea of charms h ...

    My daughters bought me a pair of earrings from Fraser Hart for my 50th birthday. The earrings are beautiful gold and topaz. However, after only 14 months one earring had completely worn away on the link that connects the main earring and the piece that goes through the ear and the second earring was about to wear through.

    Purchased battery for heart monitor watch. Thought it was a special battery so went to Fraser Hart. They charged me £9.50 just for battery, no fitting or anything else. Found same battery in a pack of 2 for £2.92 in Wilkinsons so if you need a battery for watch or clock, look in the usual places where you would normally buy batteries before resorting to places like F H. 550% difference is price is not acceptable.

    Bought a Bell & Ross Watch from the Fraser Hart, Bluewater Store and once home decided it was the wrong model. The staff were more than happy to change it for another version the following day. Sadly this watch proved to be faulty. Turned up at Bluewater to return the watch 10 days ago and the branch was closed. Going through a refurbishment.     I recently bought a ring from Fraser Hart in Manchester. The service I received was excellent. The Manager who served us was extremely knowledgable and patient, and we were given so much choice. I would definately shop there again and recommend to all our friends.

    We recently purchased a ring from Fraser Hart in Manchester. The Manager who served us was very knowledgeable and patient, and made the experience a pleasure.
    We were given lots of choice and would definitely recommend to friends.

    I bought a white gold and diamond ring from Fraser Hart Manchester branch. After 12 months I had to return it as a diamond had fallen out, the ring was replaced. I then had to return the replacement a further four times due to the same problem, on the last occasion I was advised that there was a fault with the ring and I should choose something else.

    We purchased a stunning engagement ring from Fraser Hart. Lorriane who served us made the whole experience wonderful and was as excited as myself (new owner of the ring) Thankyou we will be back to purchase more items from this shop.

    We purchased a engagement ring valued at £4500 therefore it would be nice to be offered a glass of champagne which is normal practice other exclusive jewellers offer. This is something which could make the moment even more special.

    I bought a bracelet from Fraser Hart, which is so gorgeous, i had to return it because a link broke. These things happen. Took it to where i had bought it, The Mall, Bristol.
    I was told it would take a week to repair. After a week i returned to collect. On inspection, it had not been repaired. Now i was told it would take 2 weeks.     I have bought a rado watch from fraser hart in april 2008 from trafford centre at manchester. I have barely wore the watch for 3 times. The battery on the watch is gone now. When I went to the shop they said it will take 14 days to put battery in the watch. Is it a normal thing to happen to a watch of rado's calibre? The battery did not last for more than 6 months.     I have bought several items from the St Davids Fraser Hart store in Cardiff and have always found the staff to be informative friendly and very helpful.

    I have bought an 18ct trilogy engagement ring, an 18ct half eternity ring and several other items. Th diamond rings are cleaned and checked every 6 months and I have had no problems with loose settings, although I wear them every day.

    I went to Fraser Hart, Cribs Causeway to buy an engagement ring for my fiancee. The staff were extremly pleasant and helpful, they went out of their way to make it extra special. I was very happy with my purchase and luckily so was my partner. We did need to make a return visit to change the size and again the staff were friendly and helpful.     Purchased a Rotary Watch from Bristol Cribbs Causin store "I have never given a replacement/refund in my life and don't intend to start now" (Hope no-one buys an engagement ring and the proposed says no).

    All I wanted was a replacement for a not fit for purpose watch.

    My personal experience is unbelievably bad service if something goes wrong.

    Fraser Hart have a fantastic range of jewellery and gifts for all price ranges. If I want jewellery for myself or family I always shop at Fraser Harts.

    I saw the same ring of the same quality in Goldsmiths for an extra £200 and the service wasn't as good as the service I received from Fraser Hart jewellers.

    Fantastic! Good value for money.
