“Necklace stone dropped out”

Recently bough a necklace for my wife. After wearing for about 3 months one of the stone dropped off. Called the shop staff to replace the stone, I was told to go to the service centre. I called up the service centre and they told me that the item does not cover the warrant and I have to pay for the service. “Bad service”

I bought a bracelet for my girlfriend about 2 months ago at Great Worl Coty . The bracelet broke and gave way . I brought the bracelet back to GWC but the staff was unable to fix it. So I was asked to go to the service centre at Delta house . I was shock that the staff told me that this does not cover under warranty and I have up pay for the repair ... “Horrible after sales service”

I bought a watch and subsequently the watch belt was broken . I told the sales staff that the watch strap was broken .She said that the watch strap got no warranty so I left went home to keep inside my cuboard. The following day the bezel ring dropped off . My necklace was purchased by my husband eight weeks ago. Almost every single crystal has fallen out. Today I took it back to the shop in Liverpool for an exchange or refund. Have a ring which had to be replaced last year due to the tarnishing on the front and back of it. Was shocked to learn it had cost £130. Although I was given a replacement the same thing happened AGAIN with the replacement. “Poor quality, bad service. ”

2 months ago my boyfriend bought me a ring for my birthday, 2 months down the line the colour started to fade and the crystals were falling out so we went back to refund this and buy another ring elsewhere. “Poor customer service , don't buy this product ”

I bought a watch which has a rubber strap . However after wearing it for few times it gave way . It is clearly a manufacturers fault with flimsy rubber strap holding a heavy watch , no replacement was given & ask to pay $210 for replacement . Got a £40 fit voucher for Xmas my sister bought it in the main Oxford Street store. She specifically asked if I could use it in Bournemouth Swarovski Boutique. So in I goes speak to these very snobbish aloof assistants and told no can't use voucher here. Tried Customer Services no real help. I often walk past the Swarovski shop in the town centre and see all the people swarming around the products, to be honest it looks great in the shiny glass and all the sparkles but a voice in my head says 'load of rubbish' just a bad feeling i have about the company. I only go for natural real stones now in jewelry, handmade stuff etc thats the only kind that interests me, beautiful real stone made by someone who puts care into it. Then ill spend my money on jewelry.

“The Crystals always fall after two years.”

I will never buy a swarovski product again, because they are very expensive and they are not that good quality for the amount of money we spend on it. I have a necklace and an earing that the crystals fell after two years, which is the maximum amount of time that the warranty is valid for. “Don't use if you want your order within a weekl”

I ordered earrings 8 days ago online for my daughters graduation present, when I queried why they had not arrived, I was told it would take 7 days excluding weekends and went on to give a delivery date of 8 days excluding weekends. I bought some earrings and when I tried them on the next week the stone fell out. I returned them they said you cannot return earrings "for hygiene" reasons!!!
