“worst experience ever”

I bought a pair of earings and a necklace as a present for my wife from paris duty free shop on airport. My wife did not like the earings and when I went to exchange/refund them I was denied any of it. the store that I bought it from clearly said that it was possible to refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase internationally. the GB customer service says that they don't comply to international rules and I would have to take it to the duty free store on paris airport that I bought it from… Read Full Review

Public need to be aware that you are not able to order an item in store if it's not available unless over the value of £350,which I was made aware of when trying to refund. If you decide to ask for a refund it can take up to 3 weeks to process . “AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!”

Purchased a bracelet and a necklace from this company of which I spent over £200 for both, lasted all of a week! Followed their instructions not to get wet, put on hairspray whilst wearing them etc and the stones continued to fall out, up to now I have had the bracelet replaced twice and necklace 5 times, they now refuse to do anything about the jewellery!, appauling service in my eyes, please never purchase anything from this company... I was bought a pair of earrings as a gift.They are plated in rhodium which I'm allergic to. They were expensive . “dull cloudy crystal”

I purchased the "Brilliance" 2 crystal necklace. Have only worn a few times and now the crystal has a dull cloudy cast to it. i I am not sure what type of glass crystal they are using. I have many other necklaces (not swarovski) and none have turned cloudy and dull like my swarovski piece. Customer service suggested it was due to "wear and tear", my necklaces do not suffer from wear and tear. “Earrings Damaged by Makeup!!!”

Bought some earrings for my sister as a b'day gift, but then some of the stones fell out the first time she wore them. When she contacted Swarovski they wanted £20 just to look at them and then when I took them back to the store in Cardiff, we were told that it looked as if there was makeup on them and this would have damaged the glue holding the stones in place! I received a lovely pair of crystal earrings as a gift last year. The metal part was weak and it snapped. I took them back to Swarovski in Brent Cross. They could not have been less helpful. “Mail order service a waste of time”

I ordered 2 tea light candle holders as a gift for a golden wedding anniversary and chose to use the on line ordering service as the nearest shop to me is a 50 mile round trip, and I did not have time to make the journey. “Poor quality”

I purchased 2 'rare rings' 6 weeks ago, one rose gold, one white. They were intended for everyday use, nothing excessive. I have after a week taken the rose gold ring back, and received a new one after a crystal dropped out. I was advised these rings couldn't have water contact. They're not submerged in water but a ring has to be practical enough to wash ones hands after using the toilet etc. at 6 weeks old, the white gold ring has two crystals missing. I had a ring bought me for my Birthday it is very pretty gold with a reef knot and lots of little crystals on one side. It cost £69. I have had it six weeks worn it on and off not when washing up or gardening etc three crystals have come out already. Took it back today to be told they do not repair I could have a replacement or choose another item. If I wanted my money back they would have to send it away to prove I had not damaged it. I too have been told that the £49 bracelet I bought for my mum and which broke after four months occasional wear is not covered by Swarovski's warrenty. They say they pride themselves on their 'high quality' but their products obviously are not good quality, otherwise they would last longer?

The fabric it is made from became worn after three months of occasional wear. “Necklace stone dropped out”

I bought a bracelet for my girlfriend about 2 months ago at Great Worl Coty . The bracelet broke and gave way . I brought the bracelet back to GWC but the staff was unable to fix it. So I was asked to go to the service centre at Delta house . I was shock that the staff told me that this does not cover under warranty and I have up pay for the repair ... I told the sales staff that the watch strap was broken .She said that the watch strap got no warranty so I left went home to keep inside my cuboard. The following day the bezel ring dropped off .
