    Hi, this is a review about swarovski on-line. I purchased a necklace in June 09 which was never delivered. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting for my money over a month later! I wont be buying swarovski on line again!

    I shop in your Watford branch a lot and find the shop layout beautiful, and the staff very friendly and very quick to serve you.

    I wish the items were cheaper, as I visit your shop and just spolit for choice, and find the prices so expensive.

    I love swarovski crystal and is something i am collecting not only for myself but the home.

    I am now a collector of swarovski crystal and wish you would have a sale a little more often, or even had a loyalty card or something in that area, to maybe get vouvhers off. I use your branch in Watford, and find the shop so relaxing, and beautiful displays, also the staff are very helpful and you never have to wait very long to be served. I just wish the items were a little cheaper, as they are very esquisite and beautiful but a little expensive.

    I was given as a present, a little Swarovski Crystal fish pendant. It is gorgeous! The crystal has the most dazzling fire and depth. The fish is made up of many equal, square facets, which all, when properly polished, catch the light in all directions. As I said, it came with an unflattering ribbon, so I had to buy a chain for it. It is quite delicate, and as there are so many flat facets, a scratch would be very noticeable. You need to take care of it and keep it polished so it retains it's fir ...

    The name Swarovski and crystal go together. If you are lucky enough to be a crystal collector you will have had the pleasure of this shop more than most. I love to go in with no intention of buying, just for a look at the range. Although I feel these tiny crystal ornaments and collectibles are rather expensive, I must admit the little crystal dummy I got when my little girl was born will be cherished forever.
