“Swarovski Rip off”

I bought a ring for my girlfriends birthday,it was way too small for it would not fit any finger as we demonstrated to the shop when we tried to return it.The shop assistant inspected the ring with a magnifying glass and said it was marked,to which I said it didn't fit and had only been out of the box once.They wouldn't even exchange it and absolutely no chance of a refund.Absolute can merchants there are supposed to be laws to help the consumer but Swarovski seem to be above the law DON'T BUY… Read Full Review

“Return Policy Sucks!! ”

I bought a small lighting crystal bracelet from a Swarovski and it broke. I was taking it off one day and the elastic part just broke. I have had this bracelet for only 3 months! “Don't use if you want your order within a weekl”

I ordered earrings 8 days ago online for my daughters graduation present, when I queried why they had not arrived, I was told it would take 7 days excluding weekends and went on to give a delivery date of 8 days excluding weekends. They could offer no help and no refund until earrings were returned which would take at least five days. No other jewellery company has taken this long. “My worst shopping experience in the UK.”

I bought some earrings and when I tried them on the next week the stone fell out. I returned them they said you cannot return earrings "for hygiene" reasons!!! Yet I had the receipt and was within the 28 days period!!! I can't believe this happened to me. So I just wasted my money on nothing basically... Had two rings with swarvoski stones and within 4 months of the first purchase the stones fell out this was replaced then within 2 months the same happened again. My boyfriend bought me some stuff from them amongst a pair of earrings which weren't really my cup of tea. I didn't try them on or anything and we were trying to return them. The store I went in was empty, with 2 members of 'staff' in there - I used the word staff loosely, since I wasnt even acknowledged by them - perhaps they were just manikins strategically placed? “Low Quality”

I have bought from Swarovski on numerous occasions as it seems to fill a gap in the market for affordable "designer" jewellery. On all occasions I have found the quality of the merchandise absolutely appauling. One ring had to be sent off to be fixed 3 times and is now in need of new crystals but at a cost of £20 as the warrenty has expired - this cost is evidently not worth it. I know you said that it is not worth getting the ring fixed but my boyfriend bought me the ring for Christmas and it is my favourite ring. If I was to go and get the ring fixed would I just go back to Swarovski and ask for it to be fixed or would I have to take it to get fixed else where ??

“Swarovski Get Caught Program a Farse”

I really like Swarovski and i am really upset in writing this review. I joined their "get caught program" where you get 3 stamps in the hopes of on the last stamp you get a free bracelet. I received my bracelet but I got it early in the program. Try again this time don't wait til the 5th or 6th look to get the bracelet. FYI it's not that fabulous but it's a nice giveaway

I ordered some jewellrey on-line which was needed for a retirement party 7 days after my order, unbeknown to myself the on-line goods are posted from Germany and take 7-10 days to arrive in reality. When I asked to change address they said they would do it but sent to the original address where nobody was home. Refund label adress was only half printed as was the postage mark. “Useless Swarovski Customer Services Repairs”

I was given a beautiful pink and white crystal and purple beads bracelet for my 60th three years ago, which was threaded on elastic. Unfortunately, the elastic broke a few months ago and I have been trying to get it repaired ever since. The UK customer services department have said it cannot be repaired as they no longer use the elastic. I’d like to tell you my recent experience with Swarovski earrings that looks like yours. I bought a pair almost a year ago in an official point of sale, but after 6 months the metalic part that sustains the cristals changed its color and thus painted green the cristals. The warranty is two years (in theory), but after a short check Swarovski “experts ” replied that the defect occurred after regular use and that they could clean the cristals charging 20 euros for the service. When asked about a defect report (to present a claim to a consumer organisation later) I was told that as I do not pay them anything, I was not going to recieve a single paper. The customer service of Swarovski is trying to blame it on me for the poor quality of their product, based on the idea that I CAN buy the Swarovski earrings, but CANNOT USE THEM, BECAUSE USING SPOILS THEM. Those are the arguments of a company with such low customer service quality that you never imagined. I do not recommend anyone their jewelery because if something goes wrong with your Swarovski piece you cannot do anything about it except PAY them MORE to repair their defective product.

I did find a reputable jeweller in Downing Street, Farnham, Surrey who makes wonderful jewellery, who repaired my bracelet but I would never buy Swarovski again!

“Bad quality earrings”

A friend of mine bought me some plain crystal studs for my 30th last year which I only had the chance to try on at home before 2-3 months later green marks appeared between the crystal and the metal. I recently went to the Westfield White City store to see if they would do anything as they are covered by a 2 yr warranty, but they treated me like a complete liar and said green marks were down to me and refused to do anything. Same thing happened to me- I wore the earrings only a few times before green "gunk" started building up between the crystal and the metal. I thought perhaps I had done something wrong in caring for them. However, I took them back to the store and the lady working said it shouldn't happen. She replaced the earrings on the spot. I was really excited to get a new pair, and I was EXTREMELY careful with these, only putting them in with clean hands/after I'd done my hair and makeup/ and taking them out as soon as I got home for the evening. However, the same things happened, after just a few wears, the green gunk returned. These were not cheap earrings!
