It's very easy to post bad feedback about Clintons - A lot of the stores do look shabby and the range is dated versus the likes of paperchase, but I was in there the other day and they couldn't have been better. I was very shaken after getting news that my God mother had died and Clinton's was the closest card shop. I wasn't really in a fit state for shopping, but the staff were so helpful. ordered a personalised 30th bday card for my girlfriend; 9 days before to allow plenty of time for delivery as her name is never on cards in shops. 11 days later; still no card!!! they can take money from your bank instantly but cant send you the product you pay for in even triple the stated time of delivery!! complete let down! wanted my girlfriend to have a special keepsake bday card as its a milestone bday but it seem like clintons online are unable to run a business that is anywhere near... “I ordered birthday cake candles, gifts, party...”

I ordered birthday cake candles, gifts, party decorations and a birthday card from Clintons online and was charged for them the same day despite the fact they were not even dispatched until a week later, almost two weeks on and I'm still awaiting delivery. The birthday has been and gone and a second lot of decorations had to be brought on the day of the party. (read more)
