I cant speak for most locations. But i can speak for the east atlantic location in pompano beach. they have terrible service and are constantly messing up my order and delivering backwards ass orders. Now when they do that, they credit you pizza orders for the next time i call, BUT THEY NEVER EVER FOLLOW THROUGH ON THIER WORD!! It is irritating and I guess I have to move to another and hope that i will get a dominos that believes in better service and better pizza....F##K YOU DOMINOS ON EAST... (read more)

Well they either have literacy or hearing problems ! I ordered via the web service and when I got my order I was missing a pizza. I called the shop and they said they would send it. I never have any problems with customer service or delivery, they come fast, I mean usually in around 30 minutes which is bloody fast when you think a sit down meal could take the same amount of time and this time I only have to get to the door. Ordered pizza £19.99 deal which arrived quickly. Gave delivery guy £20 and he stood waiting for a tip! The pizza was vile, dried out with just a few bits of pepperoni on it, hardly any toppings at all. The garlic bread was nasty too, greasy. Didnt receive our order after waiting for an hour an pre-ordering 2 hours before. Staff lied for 30 minutes telling us our order had left the shop and was on it's way.They finally admitted our order was still in the store so we cancelled.We didnt receive an apology for the poor service and we were not compensated in any way. Ordered a pizza online. after more than one hour, called to ask where is my pizza and was told its ordered for later, which was just a load of bull. 2 calls later and 4 hours there was still no delivery. My local Domino pizza place is not even half a mile from us, but due to an on going power failure we were unable to cook so we had the misfortune to order a meat feast pizza from the Chatham Hill branch. The timing wasn't too bad but my heart sank when I was handed a Luke warm box which negated the warning that the contents were hot.....they were not. Having to wait another 45mins? Went online to take advantage of the offer spend over £15 and get 50% off, however the website would not function properly. We then rang our local dominos who said they would still do the offer for us and thank goodness they did, for two small pizzas wedges and coleslaw this took 40 minutes, when it came it was cold, the pizza base was crumbling like stale bread. I have ordered from domino’s UK for many years, and being a bit of a pizza lover I have ordered from just about every pizza place going. Overall domino’s has been the most consistent. and highest quality along with Papajohns. However they did remove the sweet chilli dip, while it may not have sold as many as other dips, I think they did not factor in those people who would order more often if they did have the dip on offer. Second time we've ordered from the Hackney branch and received cold food. Only about a 10 minute car journey from the actual place so maybe the "driver" walks? I guess it is Hackney so the helmet seems slightly more plausible. Spoke to the manager and he gave us a choice of £5 refund and we keep the pizza or they send another one out. Decided to go with option three with a full refund and they come and take the food away. (read more)

We spent a good amount of money on our food from this particular branch and received a pizza with missing slices! After phoning the branch and managing them to resend a pizza with ALL our slices we then received a phone call from the manager arguing with us about whether the slice was missing or not! Just spoke with Danny at guiseley branch and he has no customer skills at all, I told him the order was wrong and he told me I was wrong, when I placed the order with him I asked him to double check as the price was less and he said it was all ok. Domino's make my favourite pizza ever, the meateor on the double decadence base. It's fantastic. But I probably only order from them once a year or so. Why? Because a takeaway for two from Domino's will generally cost somewhere between £30-£40, which I personally think is obscene. If I'm going to pay that I'd rather go to a restaurant. They do have special offer coupons sometimes which are well worth looking out for because they can halve the cost, and the service is usually ok. (read more)

This is the first and last time I order from Domino's. My kids complained the sauce was too spicy and could only eat 1 slice. My thin crust was more like paper crust because it was so thin. It was also cut into several slices all different angles which made it hard to pick up and eat. They also put dried oregano over my pizza which I do not like. I'm giving it 2 star because across the road my KEBAB shop does 18 inch pizza thats much more tasty then dominos for 9.99 including delivery. It has amazing stuffed crust and is superior in every way. So yeah, thats why its 2 stars.

I really love domino's but there prices are really expensive for pizza. How can they justify £16.99 for a 10 slice pizza?? I could buy a shop pizza for the price of one slice. I had experienced bad customer service when trying to place an order for delivery earlier in the evening so I filed a complaint with Dominos about the incident (this was at about 6:30 p.m. in the evening). At 11:56 p.m. (just before midnight) the phone rang. It was someone from Dominos trying to follow up on the earlier complaint. Placed an order with dominos over the phone for a large family deal, this is 5 item; 2 large pizzas, potato wedges, garlic bread and a coke. When the order arrived 45 minutes later the coke was missing, one pizza was the wrong one and the garlic bread was just a small cheese and tomato pizza. How can they get an order that wrong?
