    Good Points: Wonderful Arab service. No other guests at all.

    Bad Points: Isolated.

    General comments: As a base for a one night desert safari Hatta Fort Hotel in Dubai is adequate. It is not for anybody on a two week holiday without a book, as it is totally isolated, and there is nowhere to walk to. It is 20 minutes in a car to the village, and there is no taxi service outside, or indeed anything outside.
