    Good Points: Excellent service, Peaceful surroundings, Fantastic Food, Comfortable and Spacious room.


    Bad Points: No Coffee/Tea facilities in room.
    No Proper Internet Access facilities.
    Balcony view of the ocean hampered by to many palm Trees


    General comments: I wanted a Luxury hotel, for a bit of peace and quite and that's exactly what I got at the Royal Palm. The Hotel itself is beautiful and Service is excellent as you would except from a member of the world's leading hotels.

    The Location is very good a stones throw away from the shops and Restaurants of Grand Baie (this is the best place to stay and the North is the best part of Mauritius)

    The Food has to be sounded out as the best part of the Hotel, Both Local, and French cuisine is excellent with good choice and quality.

    Overall Royal palm cannot be faulted in any major way and is definitely the best hotel in Mauritius along with Paradis and Oberoi.
