I signed up for hosting, and never received the welcome email with my login details. They claim they sent it, but I never received it. I thought they had not approved my order. I have had an account with hostdime for just a bit over a year... and all I can say is "wow, what terrible service" I have a shared hosting plan and host 4 sites for clients. They are down atleast once a week and when you contact hostdime, they have NO answers. Terrible techs.. Hell, I know more than them. Do not use them. Hostdime's service was good from 2010-early 2013. In the summer of 2013 they declared me a "legacy" account and have changed my server twice in 4 months. The first time, two of my websites were offline for a month. This time, not only are my accounts down, but I cannot access my Hostdime hosted email. I am more than 5 year now with Hostdime, I used other hosting company but the service is best by Hostdime.
I always get a replay and appropriate help fast.
The different staff are very professional and friendly.

Uptime and reliability is poor I feel, my 3 websites hosted with HostDime where at least once per week unreachable. I got only once an email where they announced server upgrades, but I never felt improvements since then. For the first two months the pages where loading fine, but then for the rest of the year the loading times were horrible. I think that hostdime.com are perfect.
You get a reseller at $360 a year with pretty much everything unlimited,40BG space and 3TB bandwidth.
What more do you need? Most importantly they have cpanel which is a really cool an intuitive/time saver panel compared to godaddy and yahoo (which is the worst hosting in the whole world by the way) and the rest of them. And I'll tell you this from experience: you won't find better or faster or more polite and helpful customer support - very easy.

I have been a web hosting client of Hostdime.com for well over 5 years now and there are many reasons why I have been with them for this long and will be with them longer. First of all, for the money they offer great web hosting service at a low price. Other web hosting companies offer plans at lower prices but cannot backup their product or service like host dime can.

We support 200-300 clients throughout the year. We deal with a massive number of hosting companies as a result. Of all of them, the most reliable and responsive have been Hostdime. So much so we now have 4 dedicated servers with them ourselves.
Their hosting control panel is CPanel.
They have ticketed support with response times within an hour.
They have phone support with immediate response times.

I've been a Host Dime reseller for about 8 months and overall it's a great deal for the money.
Only two glitches so far:
1. When I first got set up at HostDime, the outgoing mail went through an SMTP server that a popular local ISP (sympatico.ca) had blacklisted--so no mail was being forwarded to them. I've been with Hostdime for two years. I started with a shared host, moved to a reseller account, and then to a dedicated server. Up time is very important. On occasion there are minor issues, but that is the nature of the business. NO server is going to have 100% up-time, and anyone getting a website needs to understand that. I have been with HostDime (www.hostdime.com) for almost a year now, and have two dedicated servers with them. I have never experienced such a great support before, and I have tried a lot. When you have a server with them it's completely managed, I know my way around computers, but a server is a different thing. I have been with Hostdime for 6 months now on a dedicated server. Apart from one time when Florida got decimated by a hurricane I have had 100% uptime on my server! I've chosen Hostdime for its low price and good resources, plus I talked to one of their sales team prior to buying the plan and he agreed on letting me run my no-resource-consuming game server (no players, table game, just a showoff).
Every time I needed support (bug in Control Panel, email, etc.), either it took weeks to have any answer or there was no answer at all.
Sometimes they make big changes in server addresses and don't notify the users.
