Good point at the Hilton Borg El Arab Resort is the staff's Hospitality. Bad points, rooms not clean, plumbing and HVAC problems. Beach not clean, client le too loud. We stayed for two nights at this hotel two or three years ago and had to leave after two days because of our total disappointment.
