    Good Points: Reliability

Bad Points: Lack of maintenance information for me.

General comments: Easy to use and reliable. Cartridges easily fitted and readily available.

Difficult to find information when faults occur. ie paper feeder failure, well recommend HP PSC 1210.

Not that great a Printer, but does the job without being wireless
Can't Share to Mac through Windows!
Isn't Wireless! Therefore I do not recommend HP PSC 1210.

It works well as both printer and scanner, with integral one button photocopying and low black ink usage (I don't use enough colour to comment).

I bought the HP PSC 1210 multifunction printer as a shop soiled unit. The software package is huge (100Mb+) which I had to download off the Internet.
When printing more than a single page, the print head frequently jams on the paper feed mechanism; a fault which I have also seen on another PSC 1210 printer, so you have to print a long document a pag ...

This HP PSC1210 a "best-buy" printer. I recently bought this bread-box-like PSC1210 multifunction printer with very much anticipation about its features - and what it could do for me for my prints business. Except for the limited flatbed scan area (A4 or Letter), everything about this 3-in-1 is admirable. The price (under $100), the print quality (mind you, I've printed quality wedding invitations), the speed, paper handling, the design and features (special mention on the buttons), the size, ...

If you are hesitating about buying this HP PSC1210 Multifunction Printer, I suggest don't wait, buy it, especially if you get a bargain price - (as I did, in New Zealand.)

The HP software did not load cleanly even after adding more memory according to advice from the HP helpline. I still cannot use the HP PSC1210 Multifunction Printer to scan properly.
Black ink smears over the page where there are heavy black areas in the text or image. This may be just a bad cartridge. I am waiting hopefully for a better result with a second cartridge.
It takes over a minute for the USB drivers to load after the HP PSC1210 is switched on. I find this very annoying.

This is a excellent buy. It's selling in the US now for about $99. I was skeptical about HP and leaned toward the Canon all in ones but after printing and copying a demo sheet at my local computer store, this HP was IT. Extremely satisfied.
