    I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I had to contact them 4 weeks before my wedding to see if my dress had arrived...it had, they forgot to ring me. I loved my dress when I picked it.They altered it so badly, and only to make less work for themselves, that the dress was ruined. It looks awful in all my photos. I am a size 10, and it is so ill fitting it makes me look a larger size.The straps were shortened so badly that the breast cups were positioned up to high....I am so upset.

    The Bridal House dresses were really nice and of good quality, although they were the most expensive dresses I have viewed so far and I have been to 7 different shops within Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford. The dresses were dirty with make-up and looked like they hadn't been cleaned.
    The lady who helped me was a star though, she helped me with styles that suited and didn't suit and talked about Bridesmaids and colour options with the dresses. She wasn't pushy and made me feel as comftorable as po ...

    the service at the bridal house was by all means the best i had experienced, and believe me i went to alot wedding dress retailers. i actually found my wedding dress before i went to the bridal house and decided to use the bridal house as it was 161.00 cheaper and the service was much, much better, than the one i was originally going too!!!!

    they made me feel very special and they were always friendly. i have already recommended it to anybody i know that is getting married.

    Ordered my dress in June (My wedding is May 09) so got plenty of time! Tried on a good selection of dresses, went back a few weeks later and tried them on again - the assistant was lovely! Narrowed it down to 2. Finally went back after lunch and ordered my dress!!! 10% off on that day - went for a free veil upto the 10% instead. Still waiting but there's no panic - just yet!Going back for BM dresses in Jan. Have already chosen them, need to get them measured and select the right colour. So excit ...

    Being one of two very different bridesmaids (height, shape, chest size, hair colour and skin tone) I really didn't think that we were going to be able to wear the same bridesmaid dresses. The bridal house had the biggest range of bridesmaid dresses I'd seen and in large and small sizes so that we could both try them on.     I was made to feel like a princess at The Bridal House from the very first time i came into the shop, nothing was to much trouble. The lady that dealt with me and my mum asked what my ideas were, and we worked together to get the dress of my dreams. Everyone on my big day said how nice i looked, and it is all thanks to the special ladies at the bridal house. I would recommend it to everyone.

    I went to the Bridal House unsure of what I wanted. From the moment i walked in the door staff went out of their way to ensure I exerienced a pleasent and excellent service. I was shown a wide range of dresses and was thrilled when I found one that I liked. I was not pressurised in to buying and returned to the shop a week later to try on the dress again.     I would recommend the Bridal House to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in with an idea of what style of dress I wanted as I was getting married in Jamaica. I was encouraged to try on a number of dresses so I could make sure of the style. I was so glad I did, I ended up getting a completely different style of dress to what I had in mind.     The Bidal House was the only bridal shop in England that could get the bridesmaid desses that I wanted. They got me the dresses in just a few weeks on a quick order. 2 of my bridesmaids travelled from Wales for 5 1/2 hours but it was well worth it. I needed my wedding dress altering which I already had and didn't purchase at the shop, they altered this as a goodwill gesture as they wouldn't normally do this.     On my first visit, everyone in the shop was lovely and so helpful. After explaining to one of the assistants what kind of dress I was looking for, she'd found it in a few moments! Perfect!

    I rang The Bridal House yesterday about going to see my dress, I have paid the deposit so obviously want to have a look at it, as it is one the bridal house helped to design it is not available on the internet to look at. So they said I could come and take some pictures, just pop in any time today.     I was late for my appointment which was fine, as soon as I walked in the lady who was looking after me got out a dress that looked ok on the hanger and insisted I tried it on. When I got it on it looked fantastic, the lady insisted I rang my mum and got her to have a look all the staff came to look.     The Bridal House, Leeds offers good service, value for money, not sizeist and offer the experience other retail outlets lack. I cannot speak highly enough of the bridal house for the service i received and the way the staff treated me, being of above average weight i had several bad experiences in other so called bridal establishment to the point where i felt like an alien from another planet.

    FANTASTIC!!!!! I went to the Bridal House with my future bride only a few weeks before our big day. As a same sex couple, we were extremely nervous as we haven't received much help and have been made to feel uncomfortable by other Bridal Shops.The staff of the Bridal House were fantastic.     Everything was fantastic when I went to the Bridal House.
    I recommend this shop to everyone and anyone!!

    My wedding day being yesterday, and my first visit to the store being at the beginning of March, I was told by all previous Bridal shops that I would have to wait up to 16 weeks to receive my dream dress and that they couldn't help!

    I would not recommend this shop to anyone! I booked my appointment to attend here on an agreed extended lunch break mid-week, as I thought it would be better than peak time on a weekend. I arrive 20 minutes early, prepared to wait and hoping perhaps to browse through the gowns, as I'd done in other shops, to maximise my time.     I had been recommended to The Bridal House in Leeds by my friend who got her dress there a couple of years ago. She said everything was never too much trouble to make your day special. I was certainly not disappointed. From the first time I walked in nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, and they must definitely know what they are doing because the dress fitted perfectly first fitting.     I found some of the ladies who work there to be rude. Lip stick and makeup on dresses. Yuck! What more can I say, not a nice place.

    I had made an appointment at The Bridal House to view wedding & bridesmaid dresses, which takes about an hour in all the other bridal shops I'd been to. I felt very rushed at The Bridal House, and I didn't even have time to let my bridesmaids look, as they had someone else "coming in soon"! I did try on a dress I kinda liked, but because of the service, I didn't get it!!

    The staff at The Bridal House in Leeds were fabulous and friendly. I will be raving about them to all my friends!
