    Good Points: Helpful, friendly staff. Good choice of bridal dresses ranging in price.

    Bad Points: My dress did not arrive until 2 days before my wedding although I ordered it over a year before that. I was a nervous wreck with worry, I dont not recommend them to anyone.

    General comments: Although friendly and wide choice, communication was terrible. As stated my dress didn't arrive until 2 days before and still needed alterations!

    I paid the full price for my dress, the order form was completed there and then, I was a perfect size 14. Two months later they called wanting to confirm my order size prior to putting in order. No contact was made to me till march 08, 4 weeks prior to my wedding. Less than ideal.

    I bought my whole bridal outfit from Principia and the staff were excellent helpful and very warm and friendly. I wasn't rushed into making a choice or encouraged to buy something that wasn't right for me. I would certainly recommend them to any bride who like me was choosing a wedding dress without any other female help.
