    Good Points: Lots of branches


    Bad Points: Old tatty suits!


    General comments: My husband and I visited Young's Lakeside to try wedding suits on and the suits they gave him looked worn out and tatty. The guy talking to us was nice enough and seemed to know his stuff but he looked embarrassed about the suits!

    The store was in McArthurGlen, off Junction 28 of the M1. Having chosen our suits and paid in full for the suit hire, we were told to return at a later date for measurements. We made our appointment and turned up on time. My father-in-law and I were told to hang fire because the assistant was serving someone else.     Youngs Suit Hire wouldn't help me when the suit measured by them would not fit. They just said they can not do anything about it! The wedding is on Saturday, and they just gave me a refund. Rubbish customer service!

    Youngs Hire - I initially felt nervous and thought I would be pressured into buying something which I wouldn't like or even fit, simply for the store to depart with my money. However, they were patient and helpful and I left with the most comfortable and appropriate suit. The staff were patient and very helpful, which made the experience enjoyable to a certain extent.     I can highly recommend Young's Hire at the Lakside Suits You. I got married in august 2003 and they provided an Excellent service. I walked in and was measured up on the spot, while the rest of my party were able to go to any other suits you for a fitting. We received all of our outfits a week before to try on and when one did not fit it was replaced the next day by courier!     Having phoned ahead and made an appoinment for three of us at lakeside Youngs Hire (suits you), was lost for words when this so called shop assistant told us he only had one size of jacket to try, we couldn't try on any trousers, or shirts. At no point during the very short time we were there did a tape measure make an appearance.
