Due to family coming from Wales and Bradford we chose Moss Bros on recommendation of a friend even though she had had a few issues with her order. The measuring appointments went well both in the Bradford and the Cardiff stores. All suits were delivered 4 days before the wedding. All suits fit apart from the grooms shirt so he had to have the top button open as it was too uncomfortable to wear buttoned up and the waistcoat was a bit short. We were also informed that the shirts had buttons on the cuffs and didn't need cuff links but when i went to collect the shirts they required cuff links so i had to pay for the hire but they did reimburse this a month after the wedding. All in all lovely suits and looked lovely in the photos. Hope I have a good chance in winning my suit hire back i thought it was great incentive to get reviews and feedback.

Hired matching suits for my wedding. Despite not leaving much time, we all were fitted quickly, despite us all having to visit different stores all over the country due to our locations. We picked up the suits fine, they all fitted well, and we looked great on the day. Returned the suits with no issues and everybody was happy. Not cheap, but worth it for the convenience!

The staff in store were all very helpful, they explained the correct fitting for different suits and how it differed between how traditional a suit is, they allowed me to keep my morning suit (Royal ascot) with them for longer or pick it up early all free of charge, the suit was in great condition and fitted perfectly, no problems at all EXCEPT the website, the moss bros hire website differs from the in store system and so different items are available, different packages can be altered in different ways and the prices quoted are different, also the website doesn't allow you to add any student discounts. The website needs some testing by some independent users. I would also rather have paid the full amount on collection, I'm not sure why the initial deposit in required when it's simply a transfer of their own products between their own branches on a truck which would be delivering anyway, especially as it doesn't even leave their possession, strange and worrying payment system considering if I didn't like it, wanted to change my mind or it didn't fit and I didn't have enough time to change it I would be stuck having paid the deposit and not even taken the suit out of the store. Apart from the website and the payment system, luckily it all worked out nicely, would recommend to a friend but with a few tips to save money E.G don't do it online, and make sure you get the order right the first time otherwise it'll get complicated and time consuming.

We hired several suits for a wedding. The manager at the branch we would collect from and return too was very helpful. The fittings were at different Moss bros branches because of the location of people but collection was going to be from just one. All were available without a hitch and in plenty of time before the wedding and all fitted the boys wonderfully. So the standard across the branches was very good They all looked very smart.

I hired the ventuno for a black tie event in London. To say I usually need my suits altering the fit of the given hire suit was surprisingly very good. The garments were of good quality and I received the order in good time On my first trip the suit fitting was good and the chap serving was very helpful, on the second visit prior to collection the female member of staff wasn't as friendly Non the less it was still a painless experience and I will be returning again shortly Many thanks

Hired a tuxedo for my sons prom. Had no problems and suit was lovely. Not given 5 stars as I thought it was quite expensive just to hire a suit but I would use Moss Bros again if needed

Black tie event . Didn't realise a booking was required but husband got fitted before the next person was due in. The updates were really useful and we had no problems with collection or return. The only downside was the jacket didn't really fit that well although I still think my husband looked super in it. We would use Moss Bros hire again but would be a little more picky on the fit.

Went in to the Oxford branch. Got measured within 10 mins. French connection DJ was ready to collect in two days. No faults with the suit and was a good fit. Had a great evening. Thank you Moss.

We were slightly dubious about hiring the suits from Moss Bros because of bad reviews. We went with Moss Bros however because the light grey Lingfield Tails were in our price range and excellent quality..( better than the others we looked at.) We also felt that the waistcoats on offer looked alot better than other stores with greater choice of colour and better patterns. We had 4 best men and the fathers to hire for as well as the groom. All wore the same sage green cravats and pocket handkerchiefs but the groom wore a different waistcoat (cream) and this looked great. The rest wore grey waistcoats but of the same pattern as the groom. All the boys went for fittings with no problems and Moss Bros were also willing to offer one of the fathers the option of tails or a normal suit jacket as he was a bit worried about how the tails would look a he is quite short. This was no extra charge and was really helpful....he went for tails in the end anyway and they looked fantastic as they cater the taller and shorter men as they have various lengths for the tails so they end at the back of the knee for all as they should. The day of collection came and we took them round to everyone to try on in case sizes were wrong but to our delight they were all perfect! All the suits were in great condition, all clean and all fitted! We have been really impressed with Moss Bros.

Thank you Moss Bross for your help in Wedding Suit hire for a family wedding in Gloucestershire. 5 Suits ordered in Bristol, with fittings in Bristol, Cheltenham, Taunton and Exeter and then delivered on week ahead of schedule to Taunton, Cheltenham and Exeter. All orders (sizes, length, type) were correct and delivered to the correct store for collection. The service and help received at each store was suburb with plenty of information and advice on hand from the staff. The collection and return of suits was made very easy and quick which also helped the hire process run smoothly!

Hired our wedding suits from tunbridge wells moss bros. They were so helpful and considerate at the measuring, especially as my dad had a broken ankle at the time. No problems getting the suits or taking back. Would definitely recommend hiring suit from here. My nephews suit did not turn up at the same time as the other suits but they made an extra effort to get it delivered the next day for a stress free service. Every one thought the suits looked fantastic on the day and they all fitted perfectly first time.

staff very helpfull. picked suits up one week before wedding. They gave us an extra shirt day before wedding as brides father was unable to try his shirt on until that day and it did not fit.the only downside was that shirts seem very roomy especially on the shoulders.

We had a great experience at the Fleetwood branch. Very helpful and attentive staff. Happy to have a joke but got the job done. I'll be back.
