Tried to organise a Xmas party night with this company. I found them rude and obnoxious! As most people do I tried to get the best deal possible for my group of 30-40 people and explained to the company that we had a budget. As there are no prices on the website I assumed the price was negotiable! So I mentioned our budget and said if he couldn't match it we would have to go with plan B and take the train. All the guy had to say was that he could not match the budget and leave it at that.... (read more)

Had a really good night celebrating my girlfriend's 21st birthday, she had a lovely time and the party bus people were great... until the night had finished. We were not returned our £200 deposit due to some unknown reason, dampened the whole night! Beware when paying the deposit !!! (read more)

I booked the London Party Bus for my best friends Hen Night and although the evening started off well it soon went downhill. What they don't tell you is that your group does not get its own bus so we had to wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes at every bar. It wasn't until my coat was stolen that they admitted another group was using the same bus but then did nothing to help me find it or compensate me. I booked a bus for my friend's bachelorette party from www.partybus.com and it came with a dance pole and bars. ok. HELLO. dance pole? bar? 20 girls? that was fun. We ended up in 2 clubs, wristbands, no cover. Thats the way to do it. I had a great time, I didn't feel stressed out as i usually would in planning an event. An awful experience with an awful company. Booked through partybus.co.uk and everyone was very nice until they had your money and then they just didnt want to know. The bus is nothing better than a normal bus with a few streamers and an ipod playing poor quality music. You will notice a lack of detailed pics on the website. This company couldnt organise a "drink up in a brewery" let alone around a city. Its just not worth the money. Some of the bars u visit are ok but most are so... (read more)

I found this review very helpful because... I to agree as soon as they have your money they morf into the rudest bunch of people ive ever dealt with o and they arent exactly truthful at the time of booking.

I would go on a Party Bus again, but I would not book it through the Bus Club.

They do say that if you have a good experience you will tell 3 people, and if you have a bad experience you tell 10 people, well I am telling as many people as I can how bad this company is. We would probably have had just as good a night getting a limo to take us around London, and it would probably have cost less. (read more)
