    Good Points: Easy to use, can be adjusted to meet every age, level of fitness, etc. No impact on joints, brilliant for sensible weight-loss program. Can be folded away easily. Great computer system for keeping track of workouts and much more.


    Bad Points: Can't really think of any bad points.


    General comments: Excellent for all over fitness training and weight loss. I bought the indoor rower because I am 54 and didn't have time to do a cardiac workout and time for some resistance training. This does it all. They claim it works every major muscle group. I agree. It is a superb bit of kit. The computer is excellent. I train using a heart rate monitor which the computer detects automatically. You can actually see your fitness improving with each session. My best investment to date.

    The Concept 2 rower is a brilliant piece of exercise kit, being robust, fairly portable and free from ridiculous technological complications. It gives pretty much an all-over workout with the minimum of impact/injury, and is great for people recovering from injury. As long as you have been taught to use the ergometer by a trained professional (this takes about 5 - 10 minutes) you can use the ergometer at home, or at one of the countless gyms across the world where this brilliant kit can be fou ...

    Overall, the Concept 2 Model C ergnometer rowing machine is very well built. It is well known and celebrated as the universal ergometer, in indoor erg races such as Monster Erg, Crash-B and others. It is liked for its performance and durability. however, the new Model D has replaced it and is said to be much better.
