    I have just come back from a 2week hols and the cala nova was an excellent child friendly appartment.
    The entertainment staff jamie was excellent with activities during the day and night.
    The rooms are basic but very clean could do with air con or ceiling fans but u had everything in the room u needed.
    I would defo holiday here again as the location is ideal just a short walk from the beach and shopping centre.
    The time share people on the streets was friendly and if u said no left u alone.
    My son who is 6 had an excellent time

    just had our holiday for 1 week and stayed in cala nova appartments,they are basic but clean and within our week the maid was in cleaning 3 times during our stay,the balconys are large and get the sun so you can lie in them also,the staff were very friendly and there was always someone there 24hrs,the appartment was in a good location and the beach and shopping centre is within easy walking distance, there is about 60 stairs from the street level of the appartment block to the road to take you i ...

    What a fab holiday. Central although a few steps to main nightlife but we managed with 2 buggies it was a great. Clean hotel, nice staff, small but adequate pool -lovely and clean. Entertainment 6/10. We went in August 2008 and just booked to go back 28 of us this time! Georgous views large balconies. We will go back to this hotel time after time!

    We all had a good time and cant wait to go again nice. Service, food, location and resort all excellent. Going again this summer 2008 I will see you all there, the best hotel ever!!! Greatly located not too loud town and beach near, great.

    The positioning of the Hotel could be a bit better for accessability when your drunk!!! Ha!!! The entertainment team and shows the Hotel supply are full of family entertainment!! We went as a group of four and all our needs were catered for!!

    Anyone going to Puerto Rico knows its situated upon 2 mountains so the stairs are a given, so don't be put of with any comments about "the damn stairs"! There not that bad when you see them.

    The Cala Nova Apartments in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria are in the middle of Puerto Rico, so the market is a very short walk away. We went to the market every night to get dinner. Excellent dinners, and an excellent holiday.

    The Cala Nova in Gran Canaria is a fantastic hotel. There are various activities through the day to keep adults and children amused. The staff are friendly and always on hand if you need them. Night time activities include, quiz night, bingo, professional entertainers and of course, karaoke. The pool is small, but there is still plenty of room for a swim, game of water polo or volleyball, both of which are played through the day.
