    Good Points: Cheap hotel with everything you could possibly need (apart from that all essential bottle opener). It was a clean hotel in a fantastic location. Only a short walk from both the Kasbah and the Yumbo centre. The Irish centre is slightly further, but still within comfortable walking distance.


    Bad Points: The swimming pool is small, which wasn't a problem when we went at the end of June, but I imagine it can become very crowded during August. However, you are allowed to use the other Escapades pool, which is near the Irish centre, and apparently it is much bigger.


    General comments: We had a fantastic holiday at the Don Diego Apartments in Gran Canaria. We would definitely stay there again. It is no Ritz by any means, but for the money it is extremely good value, and I would recommend it to anyone!
