    Beautiful spot, courteous staff, large rooms, best hotel I have ever stayed at in Europe. Worth the stay. Central, well appointed, and enjoyable hotel. Only bad point cost, but expected in Kitzbuhel.

    Lovely location and views over the lake. Too big to be personal. Restaurant service not as good as could be expected. Large number of noisy and inconsiderate guests which spoilt the stay. Excellent terrace for lunch, afternoon tea or simply a drink. Wonderful location but there are other better hotels than Grand Hotel in Zell am See.
