    Good Points: Nice location


    Bad Points: Food - very poor
    Entertainment-awful
    Water to drink - you have to PAY for it


    General comments: Louis Imperial Hotel
    We paid ALL INCLUSIVE 5 stars hotel
    We got 3 stars ALL EXCLUSIVE hotel with poor services.

    The location of that hotel is very beautiful but...
    Rooms? Small. We could not open entirely the closet door because of the bed!!
    Balcony? Very small
    Sea view? No, hill view yes. You have to choose: either sea view or normal view. But 95% of the rooms face the hill not the sea. We paid sea view room but got a different one...

    No security staff on the hotel. You have to share the pool, the food, everything with outsiders without any control.
    They accept to change pool towels every 3 DAYS.

    At the beach you have to pay extra for an umbrella and chairs (all inclusive?).

    Bath windows opens directly to the internal corridor of the floor; imagine what would you hear / smell walking toward your room.
    Staff works noisily (our 4 year old boy could not sleep in the afternoon); they simply do not care for tourists.
    The food: pork, beef or chicken cooked the same way every day and night; boring to eat the same for 2 weeks!
    You have to walk up and down dozens of stairs to go to the beach or to the restaurants. Elevators? very small, out of order often, used to carry everything not people only.

    We wouldn't go back to this hotel!!
    Conclusion: I regard the price of that hotel is far too high for what it offers.

    The Louis Imperial Hotel hotel is in good location, Very good quality hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, rooms good size, food standard all inclusive options, drinks selection fabulous. Definitely 4 stars.

    Vassilikos, Louis Imperial Hotel - The hotel is of good quality, very clean at all times and has its own beach with restaurant on the beach which is a part of the hotel. The swimming pools, (3 of them ) are great fun. BUT, except for our waiter every day, the rest of the staff on the whole are so unfriendly that it is obvious they are in the wrong job. The food selection consists of pork, beef or chicken cooked the same way every day and night, it gets really boring to eat. We ate out for all bu ...
