    Good Points: Clean hotel throughout.
    Great swimming pools with ample sun loungers.
    The staff were very friendly and helpful.


    Bad Points: Basic rooms (but very clean).
    No children's clubs or children's entertainment at the hotel, but plenty to do nearby.


    General comments: We had a good all round value for money holiday staying at Las Gaviotas in Alcudia.

    We didn't think much of the choice of food in the hotels main restaurant, so we tried most of the local restaurants, and if it's good British food you're looking for, you need to find JP's - a 'British Bar/Restaurant', which is owned and run by a friendly Spanish family.

    Day trip - Pirates Adventure - expensive but must be done, as it is a great evening out.

    Las Gaviotas is very clean and all the staff that work there are very friendly and very helpful.
    They have a fantastic bar called Montana that do very good value for money meals.
    They have a bar upstairs that have evening entertainment, some of it is ok but other nights it can be boring upstairs, so we usually go to a local british bar called JP's which is only 5 mins up the road. They do karaoke, childrens games, adult games, they also do easy quizzes where you can win a bottle of spanish cha ...

    Las Gaviotas Apartments - We always enjoy our stay at Las Gaviotas this is our 4th year in going, and the 5th time in these very clean and well maintained apartments.
    There are 2 main pools with 2 smaller pools for the little ones and new this year they have a splash water part too.
    The staff at these apartments are very friendly and very helpful.
    There is a snack bar next to the pool and they do paella on a friday too.
    I would recommend these apartments to anyone. ...

    Las Gaviotas apartments are superb! The hotel is exceptionally clean and airy and the apartments all have large balconies overlooking one of the two beautiful, large, clean pools. The staff and local people are ever so friendly and the beach is only a 2 minute walk.

    Las Gaviotas was brilliant, the accommodation was clean and airy and the staff were incredibly helpful. The pools and surrounding areas were kept remarkably clean. The beach is a two minute walk and again is clean.

    I will be going bak to the Las Gaviotas. I go abroad every year and this is by far the best hotel I have been to.
