    I stayed at this hotel in September for 2 weeks. The hotel is clean and always kept tidy. The staff are all extremly friendly and are very helpful! Food was great, seperate part for kids food. Food different every night and pudding lovely! The entertainment was very good, but sadly repetitive from week to week. Prices are not that cheap but well neither is majorca! Rooms were a good size and cleaners where there everyday to clean room. Computers were cheap to use, 2 euros for half and hour and 1 euro for 15 minutes. Theres nothing i would really fault about this hotel at all except the fact that kids under 18 can get served for alcohol very easily without being asked how old they are. My friends kids were both 15 and they were being served vodka shots (some free from the bar staff) every night! so keep watch of your teens!! but overalll a very good hotel. Defently recomenable.

    Delfin Azul hotel is a friendly, clean hotel, who accomodates more for a family, I have been gong to this hotel for a few year now, and Im so scared to try anywhere esle just encase its not up to the same standard. The evening entertainment is always good the staff are always friendly and willing to assist with all your needs..for a fab family hotel...Look no further.....

    been going to the Delfin Azul Hotel, Alcudia for 12 years cant say anything bad all staff are brill people say food poor but never add a bad meal always something for everyone as for people saying children a bit wild parents should look after there own and control them mine have been going over 12 years and never ran wild

    Went to the Delphin Azul, as part of a group of 12 Adults and 8 children for summer 2007. The food was of poor standard. This was discussed with the Thompson Reps, who I have to say, only one showed the slightest interest in anything we had to say and she was the only one who recorded what had been said. In my opinion the pool is laced with chlorine.
    Evening entertainment at the hotel is OK but we found ourselves going out and about more than staying in. The music at the hotel was very loud ...

    Only half of the hotel was in use which made things quieter and more relaxed. We booked only 36 hours before flying and were impressed with the smoothness of the check-in procedure etc with Thomson

    Overall the holiday was great. Would definitely go again. The hotel, in my opinion, needs to update their lifts, as they seem a bit dated. They were very temperamental. They couldn't cope with the amount of people using them.

    Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Delfin Azul Hotel, the staff where very polite and well mannered expecially the bar attender, the location was excelent you didn't have to have a taxi anywhere because you could just easily walk the only problem about where it was situated there is a very bussy road which you had to cross to go to the nearest beach. I have booked again now to go again next year as I throughly enjoyed my stay.

    We had a lovely week at the Delfin Azul Hotel in Alcudia. Lovely clean rooms, and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a place for families with young children. If you want a quiet hotel it's not for you, but overall, we really enjoyed it!

    Our holiday to Alcudia was our first trip abroad with our five year old grandaughter. We stayed at the Delfin Azul Hotel and we weren't quite sure what to expect, but we need not have worried, because there was plenty of good entertainment on for children and adults alike, and plenty for the kids to do. The kids club in the day had pony rides twice a week, they also did a variety of pool-side games throughout the day for kids and adults.     A fantastic holiday at the Delfin Azul, after reading the reviews on here I was quite worried but I needn't have been. The hotel was fantastic, it was friendly and very clean. The pool area was great, plenty of room for everyone with hundreds of sunbeds.
    I went with my mum and dad and my 2 children aged 12 and 8, there was something for all ages.
    I would definitely recommend this hotel and resort to anybody wanting a really good fun filled holiday. I will most certainly be returning next year ...

    We have been going to the Delfin Azul Hotel for 3 years now, we all love it, me, my husband and all the kids who range from 18 - 8. We have already booked our trip for next year. We love all the staff at the hotel, the entertainment team and all the restaurant and reception staff.Excellent meals, very friendly and helpful staff.     Myself and my husband and our two children (aged 2&6) have just returned from an 11 night stay at the Delfin Azul Hotel and we loved it. The hotel was fantastic, especially for the kids. I read many reviews before we went and I find it hard to believe how not one of them mentioned how great James, Katie & Jay were, the entertainment staff employed at the hotel.     The hotel security in the reception area requires some attention, also some in corridors and lifts would be helpful, only a few parents seem to accept resposibility for this.

    Poolside and bar a no-go area to all adults unaccompanied by children.

    Rooms a nice comfortable size, no a/c but fan supplied helped a bit.

    The Buffet was kept well supplied and, considering this is mass catering, reasonably varied. Dining room staff very pleasant and efficient.

    Delfin Azul Hotel - My family and I (two adults and 2 kids) spent a week at the Delfin Azul in June this year. All week the weather was perfect (30 degrees plus and sunny). The hotel is immaculately clean all over and the reception area is airy and welcoming. The reception staff were extrmemely helpful throughout the stay as well.
    The room itself was basic and fairly small but adequate for our needs. There is no TV, kettle, etc., in the rooms which was a shame, but satellite TV was available ...

    I have just returned from a two week stay at the Delfin Azul with my partner and son.
    We enjoyed our stay very much and were extremely pleased with cleaning service everyday, the restaurant service was also very good and the kids club reps and entertainers were excellent.
    I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday, I would book another stay again sometime in the future.

    Everything was brilliant at Delfin Azul the food was excellent to much to choose from. The hotel staff from waiters to receptionist were all very helpful and friendly, as my daughter was sick in the night, they came straight up and changed all the bedding and even left extra, there was clean fresh towels every day and the entertainment was very good, the kids loved it.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Delfin Azul Hotel; pool area was too small for the amount of guests, plenty of sunbeds for everyone, as it sat along a main road there was only 2 pedestrian crossings far apart so was a bit risky crossing this road as it was the only way to get to the beach. The restaurant was well organised and I must applaud the staff, the food was varied and suited all tastes.

    I loved the whole holiday at Delfin Azul Hotel. You should go there it was great. You got the sun, sand, sea the entertainment team, the holiday reps that really do help enjoy your holiday. You have plenty of drink which is always good and also there are excursions you can go on like the dolphin show which is brilliant and boat rides. I highly recommend you do the excursions. The road to the hotel has lots of pubs and restaurants and the staff are very funny, they have quiz nights and other stuf ...
