    Good Points: Weather fantastic,

Bad Points: Quite dirty, poor maid service , receptionist , quite expensive snackbar/ and evening drinks bar.

General comments: We arrived to Los Delfines Hotel on the Friday on the back balcony we arrived to 5 Half cigarette butts on dirty floor, which were still there on the Friday of leaving, the floor hadn't seen a brush or mop whilst we were there. the Crockery and Cutlery also filthy dirty. Granted its not down to the cleaners to wash but it all could of been checked. My son also had a bag taken with a charger for an Ipod, when reported the receptionist shook his shoulders as wasn't bothered. A child had been sick in the pool and this again reported but still nothing done about it. The rooms of other guests where also not to clean especially the bathroom area. There was a pool snack bar which we found quite pricey 5 euros for a hot dog, bar at evening 4 euros for a beer which was flat ( at the supermarket over the round they where selling large bottles of san miguel for a £1 stock up on that and your laughing) Satilite Tv was just news. Outside the hotel the food was excellent if you like Chinese there where a few all you can eat buffets these where exceptional also a Mexican couldn't fault these at all great value for money. Went with Apollo all the time there we didn't see any reps not even for the other travel companies. Although we didn't think much of the hotel, there where enough bars, cafes Restaurants, supermarkets also a Aqua park and trampolines We were not aware there wasn't a beach although states 100m away it is a cove down a very rocky path, Other than that we went for good weather and we got it. all very brown.

Facilities and entertainment at the Delfines Hotel were better than suggested in the brochures and website.
Restaurant management and bar staff were stretched in the busy month of July, they were a bit slack.
Good value for a late deal but I would be disappointed if I had paid brochure prices.

We arrived with our 3 children at the Los Delfines Hotel in Menorca. The apartments were not very clean, and we found it quite expensive as well. The first night we went to the Black Horse for a meal. It is not recommended as the food was not good, and the staff not very polite. We went to the restaurant across the road from the hotel - can not remember the name, but it was run by the Spanish. We found this very expensive, and it cost us 93 Euros, and was only basic food - 2 starters, and the me ...

We went to the Los Delfines Apartments in Menorca in August 2005, and we had a fabulous time there. There were 10 of us altogether - 4 adults and 6 kids. Lovely weather - apart from a couple of days where it rained heavily - and great entertainment at night. Situated in a lovely area with lots of things to do. The beach which was close by isn't very big, but has lovely views, and it is nice and quiet there. Loads of restaurants to choose from. All very nice with a good range of foods, from typic ...

We went to Menorca and stayed at the Los Delfines Hotel and Apartments in May/June 2002. This was our second visit to the Spanish island but before we had stayed in Es Castel. The weather was hot for the 2 week stay and we really enjoyed the holiday because of the excellent facilities such as the 2 big pools, fab location just minutes from the lively resort with shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, trampolines, aqua park, amusement rides, and the small but lovely beach down a rocky path. The food at ...
