Arya Hotel is a brilliant hotel, we went for 2 weeks in sept 09, warm friendly atmosphere, excellent food, clean rooms.we definately going back. The area Gumbet is ok, pavements are in a bad state so be careful, shop owners are very very pushy, and can get quite nasty with you if you try to barter. But fantastic holiday.
When booking make sure you have specified self catering, if you opt for additional breakfast offer you get put in BB not SC, so then you don get a kettle, fridge or cooking facilities and the free breakfast are turkish not english.

I liked the staff, it basically was the best holiday ever and I am planning on going next summer. The only thing that was bad about it was that the pool water which was horrible and I feel that the rooms were not up to expectation. Wicked going again, and again and again

Me and my family go to the Arya every year, its a brilliant place to stay. The entertainment wasn't really that good but it was still good. We went on the 21st of July and came back on the 4th of July 2008. It's brilliant the apartment was big nice and the food from the restaurant was fantastic and entertainment was fab.

The only good thing about these apartments were that is was in the centre and near the beach, but apart from that I will not be going to these apartments again. Some staff need to improve their manners.

There is about twenty of us that go to Turkey every year and this will be the third year we will be staying at the Arya. close to bars and shops and the beach is about five minutes away. Ideal location. The staff are so welcoming and make a real fuss of you. We will be going in August this year.

All staff went out out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic holiday. The aprtments were very basic but extremly well kept by the maids who couldnt do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. This will be our third time at the Arya apartments. We look forward to another great holiday!!!!

The staff were really friendly, and the hotel is literally a minutes walk from the shops and beach. Unfortunately, the room let it down slightly, as it needed a few things fixing, but nothing major worth complaining about.

I came back a week ago after a holiday with my friend. We really enjoyed the week at the Ayra Hotel in Gumbet, and I am thinking of going again next year.

All the staff at the Ayra Hotel in Gumbet are really nice, and we had great fun drinking at the hotel (by the pool and in the restaurant). The room really needs a fridge, as you end up with a black bag full of half bottles of water after two weeks. We spoke to others and we think self catering there would be a better option next time.

We both had a fantastic holiday, and we would go back there again. Keep up the good work lads! See you soon.

We arrived at the Arya in Gumbet late afternoon and service was great no need to carry our own bags to room, but was very disappointed on the size of the room it was supposed to sleep 6 but very pokey, nowhere to leave your suitcases in the bedroom except on your bed,no storage to speak of no room at all for my kids. Bathroom floor filthy never mopped or even swept.Bugs crawling on surfaces, huge fridge but no facilities to cook except two plug in cooking rings,no microwave,no,frying pan,no toaste ...

I thought that Arya Hotel was fine and is what you should expect from apartments in turkey, the swimming pool is very nice, clean and is often quiet, there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants, the local people are very friendly.

I have literally just returned from the Arya hotel in Gumbet and can honestly say that the standard of accommodation is Very poor. Our two bed roomed apartment was tiny and the facilities inside were far from self catering. All we had was two electric rings and a kettle! There were two wardrobes between the five of us! The pool was lovely but extremely deep and not as big as it looks on the picture. Get up early for a sunbed! There were two bars we only ate there once. The staff were ok but ...
