    Good Points: Our company uses it. It took 5 minutes to set up. It's inexpensive. It's secure.


    Bad Points: yet to think of any


    General comments: Network Streaming Support Desk is simply head and shoulders over any alternative. having the appliance in-house gives us a lot of comfort.

    I've used several Help Desk products, Network Streaming Support Desk being one of them. I was impressed overall with the product for a couple of reasons. The first being that it was able to deploy via a host, or by physically installing it. Second, it has a decent interface.

    Recently however, there have been several products that have begun to replace Support Desk. Personally, I have begun to use LogMeIn.com's IT Reach. I recommend this for several reasons: No more problems with Dynamic IP Ad ...

    Network Streaming Support Desk software is quite simply amazing. The client download is a mere 272kb and even the most newbie of users are able to use the client.

    Many support software packages rely on a connection INBOUND to the client, requiring the client to configure his/her firewall. Network streaming connections are outbound from the client! One port mapped to my technician's machine and that was all the configuration nessesary.
