Iceland is a great little supermarket which serve it's purpose as a small local shop much better than most do! I like especially that prices are just simply very low rather than having to buy 3 of something to get the promotion. They only really do these promotions on products like the mini party snacks which you buy in larger quantities anyway. I find the home delivery very useful , things are often cheaper here , and if I spend more than 30 pounds , I get delivery free :) Only thing is , some products I would need , are not available in store , and there's not much choice at times, which then means that I have to go to sainsburys to get the other products ( veg , etc ) that I need… Read Full Review

There is not many bad points at iceland but in the hoddesdon store i would have some toilets and sell high quantaty cans e.g coca-cola X24 i have compared some prices makro: £7.56

I suppose it depends on which Iceland store you happen to buy from. I have 2 local stores, 1 is tiny, dirty, has narrow isles, staff are always talking in the back area or on the shop floor, they never seem interested to help, half full or empty freezers... overall bad service (I only shop here when I HAVE to).
On the other hand... the other store is the complete opposite, it is a good size, has its own car-park, wide aisles, freezers are always well-stocked, clean, tidy, staff cannot do enough… Read Full Review
