I find it unfair for postal charges to be made for ordering stock items from Marks and Spencer because there is insufficient stock on the shopfloor. Since you have stopped taking orders for items short of sizes on the shopfloor, the onus is on the customer to order and pay postage as an extra charge.

Marks and spencer is a brilliant local supermarket that has good facilities. It is a clean, well-known shop that has staff that are always willing to help, they do their job well, and do it in a short amount of time without rushing! All my friends shop their and have never been disappointed in the shop. Their staff are friendly and very welcoming. It has good quality food, clothes and other products that they sell. It also has a cheaper price but not a discounted brand!M&S never take advantage a ...- Read Guest's review (167 words)

Marks & Spencer offer good quality, although Per Una clothes are strange - again the size of the clothing really varies. For example, I tried on a large Per Una cardigan which came a quarter of the way up my arms, then I tried a smaller medium cardigan which fitted me perfectly, including covering all of my arms, and it was the same product.
I think they need to pay more attention to quality assurance; checking their clothing suppliers.
I only use M and S food for treats; not for day t ...- Read gabbyco's review (158 words)

You will often find me partaking in 'the weekly shop' at Marks and Spencer due to the quality of food and all round shopping experience. I like my food and high percentage alcoholic beverages and M&S definitelty hits the spot with regards to these requirements. My local M&S, Handforth Dean, is a quite enjoyable shopping experience when compared to traipsing round most other supermarkets. There is a good selection of sumptuous food on offer, maybe not quite enough selections to complete a full sh ...- Read The Daddy's review (319 words and 1 comment)

I wish I could of given Marks and Spencer an eleven out of 10 for value for money as it by far the cheapest supermarket I can find.
I know what you are all thinking when I say about the value for money but honestly I spend between £40 and £60 per week on a food shop yet, if I were to go to Tesco or Adsa (which I have done in the past), my food bill comes to over £100. If you do want an example try comparing your local supermarket for items such as salmon, chicken breasts or ev ...- Read Clair's review (178 words)

I bought a fairly standard bottle of Sauvignon from Marks and Spencer, and for the price I was expecting something a little more heavenly. This has been my experience with other wines from M & S also.
The ready-made meals I have had have been good, but you do pay a lot for them.- Read andrecooper's review (63 words)
