    Good Points: Too many to list individually. The hotel inside and out is excellent, staff cant do enough for you, food incredible and varied, easy access to city centre, did not want to leave.


    Bad Points: Limited evening entertainment only piano player at our stay in mid October 2008 but more we were told in high season. Inexcusably expensive (probably normal for 5 star hotels)


    General comments: Lovely hotel, lovely area and setting and magical views. I would have given top marks but was let down the final few hours before we were set to leave, 5 hours before checkout we went into our room to discover an additional single bed had been placed there. The room had been paid for until 12 noon 24 Oct but we were checking out at 11pm the 23 Oct, bed appeared 6 pm the 23 Oct inexcusable really for this hotel, they let themselves down. If they had asked if they could put the extra bed there we probably would have agreed.
