    Ok, this is where good service deserves some credit.

    I bought a Nokia 6100 on Vodafone 700, £40.00 a month, 12 months contract with 100% cashback by redemption.

    Cashback claims made at months 5, 7, 9 and 12. Each claim sent with 60 days of said monthly bill.

    All bills sent with Special Delivery and got a confirmation SMS from P4U within a week and cashback cheque within 2-4 weeks.

    Contract has just ended. Shame they are not doing anymore 100% cashback offers for now.

    bought this phone for my wife,,,re occuring fault on handset replaced then sent off for repair,then replaced then sent off again,,,phone then lost asked for a refund under the sale of goods act no luck this has gone on for six months now still not sorted out,shame on you phones 4 u terrible services have now consulted trading standards.
    they promised to change their shoddy practices in 2008 when ofcom caught them out.

    Purchased a Sony Ericcson C905 on contract -- lovely phone to begin with, but soon developed a recurring fault. When sent away for the second time for repair, the handset was LOST!! I was eventually (after 2 weeks) told that they had mailed me a replacement handset, and it was late in arriving because of the Royal Mail strikes.     well I haven't a bad thing to say about them just last week I went to go and get a contract after my phone decided to die and they were very helpful and got the deal best for me and got it lowed to 25.85 a month for a blackberry 5920 on Vodafone result

    I'LL NEVER, EVER USE PHONES 4U AGAIN - their customer care is abysmal. It has taken over 2 months of wrangling - with many letters, phone calls and emails to get my money back on a faulty phone! Customer care was okay when they sold it and took my money, but non-existent when I wanted a refund! It felt like 'we've got your money now, so tough'!

    Phones4U Salesperson was OK until i asked a quetion then went all dumb on me and was very rude, thinking i was some sort of fool. (Wanted to give zero stars but that is not possible)

    The shop is ok to go and buy something in, the problems start when you try and return something! Phones 4U insist on repairing things which takes ages and I am now onto my second repair for the same fault! The staff are unhelpful at head office customer services and some of the store staff are incompetant! I would never buy another phone from them, ever!

    broke down 3 times and still they wuold not replace it. phoned up Phones4U to have a moan on the phone for 33 minutes then relaised it was a premium rate

    I tried to ring the phones 4 u wigan store from 10am to 3 pm twice every hour i let the phone ring at least 5 mins every call and at 3pm wow they answered very rudley told me they was short staffed

    STAY WELL AWAY! ZERO STARS. Go direct to a service provider.

    Have just spent the evening head locked with phones4u over trying to cancel the contract I was set up with only 6 days ago. Was given a handset LG gc900 which is the worst mobile I have ever had the misfortune to use although the salesman informed me it was the best in the shop.     Terrible!!!! Have just found out NOW that what I thought was an 18 mnth contract is infact a 21 mnth contract as they rolled over 3 mnths for no reason...now neither orange nor phones 4u will sort it!

    Phones 4u are terrible, don't buy from them.C510 in an 18 month contact broke after 3 months of having it, they have done nothing but quote the fact I didn't have insurance.

    I really can't fault Phone4U, ordered my new HTC Magic on the Friday before 1pm, and received at 8.30am the next day. Really pleased with the phone and got it a lot cheap than going straight to Vondfone. If you are wanting a good deal and fast delivery this is the company for you.

    They sell completely two different deal between instore and online. If anyone is little bit concious about the market they never go to phones4u. Well they offer buyout or cashback deal but in a long run the money they offer it's coming from customer's wallet.As an example if they sell a phone on £35/month contract with £50 or £100 cashback there Voda/O2/Orange/3 network can offer the same deal with same phone on £25/month tariff.     I went to phone4u in Burton on Trent today. A salesman who dealt with me was rude, in your face and made me feel like I was stupid. I asked if they have a certain model, which was not on their display, and this rude salesman told me to have a seat. All I wanted was to find out what kind of deals they had.     In my opinion each so called accredited repair centre from phons4u, Carphone Warehouse and Vodaphone have repair centres that seem to be in cahoots with each other, hence always same excuse (liquid damage or dropped, or physical damage, and as phones4u customer service person said to me, "It could be a combination of all 3 lol. My Samsung phone charger came away from main board in phone over a period of time, and that's all that's it. Nothing they can do!!

    Next day delivery didn't happen. Just before Christmas with no explanation only the airtime was delivered, leaving me to chase up the phone. This was still waiting for dispatch in the warehouse 3 days after my order. I was told it should arrive the next day (Saturday), or maybe Monday, and if there was still a problem then I could always cancel the order and go to a store (on the 23rd Dec!) where they might have the phone I wanted! Needless to say this attitude did not inspire much confidence... ...

    The customer service is brilliant, especially at the Phones4U in cambridge, they done the best they could to help me and spent over 3 hours with me.

    I had so many problems with my phone at the start, and phones4u were amazing, they helped me get everything done.. around the shop were plenty of sale opportunities but they were more interested in helping me.
    I would recommend them any day.

    Not recommended! Customer services was utterly useless. In trying to get a new phone that was not working replaced, rather than repaired (where I would be paying for two weeks of a contract that I could not use), I had to spend four hours on the phone. The shop staff I dealt with were completely unhelpful and even they had to spend at least 30 minutes waiting to get connected to customer services.
