August 2010, Me and my family have just come back from 2 weeks in Royal Park hotel Elenite and it was fantastic. The hotel was spotless and the cleaners worked constantly form early morning to late at night. The food was lovely lots of choice and most of it was cooked in front of you from fresh, if you didnt want to eat in the resturant you could get something from the poolside (burgers) which were also lovely. me and my family have just come back from a 2 week stay at the royal park hotel all 18 of us were very disapointed . the food was disgraceful raw n not edable . the staff had no time for english guests nothing to do than go to the beach . it wasnt alinclusive as there was nothing to eat from evening meal until 8.30 next day not even a snack bar that you could buy from we were buying sandwiches from the hotels small shop . the medical center ripped my family off my partner got stung in the... me and my family of a party of 7 went to the royal park hotel in 2007 i woulnt recommend thid hotel for any member of the public, it was a terrible experince we all had food poisening and we were all reduced to eating in a shack about half a mile away from the hotel.
the staff was never ahppy and always unclean. they we're filming a disgusting film on the balcony of the hotel with all the little children around. they had cut all the fingers out of the cleaning gloves never going to go back...

went to Elenite, Royal Park Hotel 1 yr ago wi my partner and my daughter would never go back staff we ignorant. rep were useless food wasnt up to much unless u like your food half cooked spent our whole week on the beach as thats all there was really to do went into sunny beach stayed for 10 mins and have to leave because there was too many people trying to pick pocket us an elderly couple who stayed in the hotel got the purse with all there money stolen police were useless didnt care (read more)

Me, my family and a couple of mates whent on this 'so said' luxury Royal Park Hotel. When we arrived we seen how beuitiful it looked until we got into our very 1st day. Every 5 or so hours there would be major power cuts which could last for hours. One boy fell down the stairs as the hallways was pitch black.
I do not reccomend this to anybody who looks for good food.

The Royal Park Hotel Elenite, has not changed one bit, we went in summer 2006, we suffered poor health and safety , poor food , and not very nice staff.
my son had a near miss when a service access was left open by the pool which we didn't notice, I complained to F/C Staff.

Appalling food ruins what would would otherwise be a great holiday. Superb beach location and huge rooms. Food disgusting, constant queue at the reps desk all day with complaints. People on bus cheered when we were on our way to the airport on our way home, I think this says it all. Went in July 08, subsequently complained to First Choice who seemingly couldn't give a damn, constant letters and calls never answered.
Could honestly never recommend this place.

This hotel is great for just unwinding and enjoying the sun. My only gripe was the actual holiday makers and not the hotel as the hotel was first class and well worth a visit, it seemed a shame that parents let there kids run wild spoiling it for other guest. The waterpark is fun there is plenty of food for even the fussiest of eaters and as for cleanliness, well, the cleaners worked 24/7. (read more)

We were in royal park hotel on 25th august 08 for one week and it really is a great place to bring kids. They really enjoyed it the swimming pool and water park was great for smaller kids and it is also on the beach which was excellent for the bigger kids. The hotel is beautiful, the maids do a great job of cleaning, I myself saw nothing wrong with it, APART FROM the hotels power supply!!!! I charged my ipod using an international charger, and when I got back it was corrupted!! I had to buy a new one!! my advice: Don't charge your ipod using the sockets, they really don't like it! Like many others I considered cancelling this holiday at the Royal Park Hotel too. I am so thankful that I didn't, we had a wonderful time.
I think people need to put things into perspective here, here's just a few points.
WASPS - Is that the hotels fault? Yes there are wasps, if you leave fizzy drinks unattended of course you're going to attract them. The hotel had the area fumigated whilst we were there and our party of 6 were never stung once.

I never like to complain, and usually when on holiday I make the most of where ever we are. Have travelled with first choice before and had a great time. We were polite to staff always smiled and tipped our maid 2 lev every morning. That did not mean that our room got cleaned because it didn't we had dirty towels and all the maid did in the morning was give us more dirty towels and move one set of dirty bed linen onto the next bed then fold the old sheets and put them back on the same bed... We came back from here yesterday. We were a party of 16. We had an excellent time. The maids cleaned our room everyday. Clean towels and bedding. The medical centre is very helpful as my friend stood on a 4 inch nail on the beach and had to get it removed and doctors were very easy to deal with. Food is disgusting, lifts are a nightmare, bellboys wait until tipped. Staff are very ignorant and obnoxious. We had 6 powercuts in 2 weeks.
After staying at the Royal Park Hotel for only two weeks I was glad to get home.

The holiday was the worst one I have ever been on (and have been on loads!) The food is poor, as a qualified chef, I was horrified, we spoke to the rep, asked if the chefs were trained, they said they didn't know!! That says it all! Even the porridge was watered gue, with few oats to mention, it would cost very little to train their chefs. The best food options soon run out so the timing was critical as to what was on offer. I have no idea what everyone is moaning about ? are you sure you were in this hotel ? We arrived at 4am and the maids were cleaning even at that hour! The good points are, the weather, reception looked nice, the beach being so close.
The bad points, The FOOD! The so called life gaurds! The flies and wasps! The power cuts! The alcohol! The hidden prices, so much for all inclusive! The fact that you had to tip your maids everyday or else you wouldn't receive free towels!

The hotel and its resort is very nice, it looks beautiful, fantastic sea veiws. But this is quickly outweighed by the bad points and where do you start, there we so many bad points, but the main compliant s for me has to be the FOOD, the lack of entertainmnt (5 pool side quizzes a day does not count as entertainment), no support or assistance from First Choice or the staff and the all inclusive drinks or should I say drink.

I read the reviews before I booked, some were good and some not so good, but it all looks very beatiful in the brochure, so I decided to go ahead and book, but having heard about the bed bugs, I am beginning to think I have made a big mistake and this is a matter that is causing me great concern. I must have been a horrible experience for you, an absolute nightmare.
