    Positive:
    - The Iskar Hotel location is ok. It's near beach and not far away from centrum.
    - The pool area is nice, especially the water slides (for kids).
    - The entertainers were superb. There was darts, beach volley, water ball etc.
    Negative:
    - VERY noisy at nights. There's a karaoke bar next to the hotel!
    - Food was always the same and the food was just ok, not excellent.

    Bought as last minute offer the value was great. The tour operator (Startour, Norway)offered perfect assistance dealing with the police and providing passport due to theft during sleep. Hotel staff showed no interest. Receiving telephone calls at night could be exhausting with repeated dialing for about an hour.

    The Iskar Hotel in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, is the worst hotel I have ever been to! The customer service is lousy, and the staff were very unhelpful and negative. would not class this hotel as anything above 2 stars!

    Regarding Hotel Iskar, Sunny Beach Bulgaria.

    We were supposed to spend a week, at Hotel Iskar, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. We were travelling with StarTour / Fritidsrejsor, and have often used their Hotels and resorts. We always select the hotels, they rate as "Blue Star" or "Blue Village".
