Now it's been 4 years that I signed up with this host. They have been very good in terms of uptime and service. I never had any problems with this host. Had 3 websites all hosted with them and never had any problems.Servers are rarely,if ever down, the support is excellent, the features are wonderful and gives you pretty much everything you need to create a great site. $6.99 a month is a decent price for what you get and the best thing is that you can pay each month via paypal. I had planned to do a list of bad points but to be honest in the 5 years i have been with them i cannot think of any. (read more)

Apart from what has already been said I got to say their support is outstanding. For example they have manually patched a PHP script for me that was giving me an error message. Which other host would do that free of charge? Also it is a great deal because it has everything you need and more. Cpanel with Fantastico, domain registration is included plus you can pay monthly while the other hosts charge you yearly. (read more)

After some of the other reviews I was very surprised when I received my login information no more than 37 minutes after submitting my order. I guess in some cases they will investigate an order more carefully or maybe the people that reported problems ordered their accounts on the weekend. Although they don't do instant setup it pays off to wait a few hours once and then get years of outstanding service afterwards. I have not had any problems over the year I have been using Hostinginsiders. The servers are fast and reliable. Support is very helpful and friendly whenever you need them. I purchased a hosting plan through Hosting Insiders a few days ago. After my payment via paypal I was to receive an email within 24 hours with the necessary information to log into my account. After 24 hours and no email or phone call regarding my account information, I decided to contact the company to find out what the delay was. I have been a customer for the past 7 years and not really anything but satisfaction dealing with (name removed). But in the past 3 weeks, it's been wobbly and responses have been poor. I'm locked out of cPanel and no response to repeated Emails.
Again, great history with Hostinginsiders but maybe this one man shop has health problems or other issues that is not allowing him to be responsive. Though this post made in April, while not a pattern it is a troubling issue and I certainly do not wish to move my 6 domains elsewhere...but something must happen very soon.

The uptime and performance of the servers is nice. They do not pack too many customers on one server like some other companies do.
Their support staff has always answered my questions. There is not much I could think of that they could do better.
The features they offer are fine, too. Maybe they could make it a bit cheaper but on the other hand if they make it too cheap they may have to reduce quality of the service so I'm fine with it.

First took 20 hours to get anything and I had to email them.
Second the setups ie sites needing ftp self log in's like word press etc does not function fully. and no response to that email.
Third, it advertises the Stats programs, but admin has them locked out... False advertising.
Now I run the risk they guess who I am and they cancel me...
But if they straighten things out I will re review them and let you all know.

Awesome hosting. I transfered my site over to it because my old host charged me 10$ a month and I could only have up to 20 visitors at a time.
With them, I had no server overload issues, and I can have unlimited visitors.
Their price is what caught me- First two months is two dollars. It gives me a good chance to try it out for a low price.

They don't charge extra for domain registration. Actually they don't charge extra for anything I ever wanted. And they never increased my prices over a period of 4 years.

They hosted my site for 3 years and I have to say they are great. It's an all in one package. You get a domain, hosting account, control panel and a lot of applications to install on your site. They are also pretty reliable. When they are down they always fix it quickly but it doesn't happen often. So yeah I can absolutely recommend them.
Also I have to say they never increased the price or tried to sell me something I didn't buy.

What I like best about HostingInsiders is the personal touch. With other companies you often get automated replies and they will not bother really looking into your issue... Hostinginsiders have always resolved my problems and never let me down within the last 4 years now.
I also like the fact that you can actually use what they sell. I had an account with another company that offered 1000 GB of disk space but when I used only 2 GB I got kicked for using "too many resources"....

I had a number of sites hosted with Hosting Insiders, and for quite a while I was perfectly happy with them. Their email response was relatively quick and the downtime was infrequent.
Don't know what happened but suddenly there was downtime and slow response time. Of particular concern were the drop-outs when transferring files and email queries were going unanswered. I currently host 2 domains with Hostinginsiders. Downtime is minimal with this host. In the four months I've been hosting with them they were only down once and it came back online 10 minutes later. Apart from that the price is awesome. Support has always answered my emails in a timely manner. I used to host with a company that charged me 5 times as much and were not as good as Hostinginsiders. They offer a Control panel with about 30 script auto installers. Definitely recommended. (read more)

I subscribed to Hosting Insiders service by transferring my domain to their control. Several weeks before my domain's expiry date, I tried to contact them to check the renewal status. None of my emails ever get reply and the domain was left to expire. Furthermore, the domain was locked and prevented me to transfer it to another service provider.
Never ever use their service. I can assure you'll regret it!

I had one of my sites down lately, I emailed them that it was down and after 15 minutes they emailed me back that it was a DNS problem and it was solved.
I am planning to host a third site there, because I can get almost all scripts there that I need.

I found Hostinginsiders.com on Google (advertisement). As my website consumes a lot of traffic, I chose their titanium plan which includes 4000 MB of webspace and 50 GB of traffic for $7.95.
I got an email with my login information only 2 hours after signing up.
To set up email accounts, etc. they have a Cpanel control panel which is pretty useful. What I really like about them is that I sent them a support mail two times and they answered within about an hour. Most hosting companies answer...
