Good Points: Good, clean and spacious apartment. Very efficient maid service. Friendly and helpful staff. Thomas Cook rep was very helpful, especially when we left some vital luggage at the airport. Although the pool is small, the changing and shower facilities are excellent.
Bad Points: Very hilly location.
General comments: My wife and I had a splendid fortnight at the Casablanca in January. You need to fairly fit, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. We had an apartment overlooking the dried river bed, with really good views of Mt Tiede to the left and the sea to the right. I would not have liked one overlooking the road, nor to be honest one looking into the complex.

Stayed at Casablanca Appartments in November 2004. We arrrived after a terrible journey from TFS (South airport). After a horrendous journey we were struggled to find the hotel due to the size of the complex. Upon entering the Casablanca, we were greeted by a pleasant member of staff.
We checked in to our apartment, which was spacious, very clean (immaculate) and well kitted out. All in All, we had a great holiday, but felt we would have been somewhat out of it, had we not booked a hire car.

My wife and I have just returned from Christmas week at Club Casablanca and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Having been on probably 20 or more RCI exchanges, this was our best European resort so far. All the staff were extremely helpful, the whole resort was spotless and the weather (apart from a couple of showers) was excellent (above 70 degrees all week). The steps from the resort to the town are really not a problem, there were many elderly people staying there and we never heard any compl ...

When we booked our holiday to the Casablanca Apartments in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife, we were told by Thomas Cook that Mount Tidie would not have any effect on the amount of sunshine at this resort. This was not the case, as most days were cloudy (the last 2 weeks in July). If you like the sun it would be better to head for the resorts in the South of the island. Be aware that all you read about the dreaded steps is true. We will not be going back to this resort again.

Puerto de la Cruz, Apartments Casablanca - Large, clean, sunny and well-equipped apartments in this large complex are highly recommendable. The complex is set halfway up a very steep hill which would be problematic for anyone with limited mobility. The beach is about 10-15 minutes walk so if your holiday is primarily a beach-oriented one then avoid this place. The staff were nice. The parking for hire cars is extremely reasonable at only 2 euros for 24 hours. The pool is too small for this vast ...
