These guys are crooks, cheats and liars. Lied about delivery time & items. Poor quality. Partially filled the order and sent alternative items because they were out of stock (of course the items were of lesser value but charged me higher. I ordered a Ucaller and recieved it 5 months later. After a month I started making phonecalls to them and was told it was shipped, in the process of being shipped , or on back order depending on the person answering the phone. On many occasions I asked for the mananger of the shop "John" but often he was out, and was told he would ring me later. He never ever did. These guys take the biscuit to put it mildly. They really are beyond belief. I have had all the same problems as described before so I won't repeat, suffice to say there is no exaggerating the depths they will sink to to rip you off!! My advice is simple: If you have made the mistake of buying through these guys talk to consumer advice direct IMMEDIATELY, do not waste any more time hoping your goods will come - they won't!! The lies started when I chased them up, they made up numerous dates that the order was shipped then blamed the courier for losing it. A follow up on this one - I received a threatening phone call about my house being on fire shortly after the above was posted on the site... the caller had a lancashire accent! I can't comment as to who is was but I can tell you that the police are in contact with the my phone company to trace the call and that decoying.co.uk have been indicated as a suspect.
I'll let you draw your own conclusions on this one :) - what a bunch of idiots!

I ordered goods value of £1625 over the internet and paid through sagepay. These people inferred that there would be a delay in delivery ( even though they advertised the item for sale on the website and not informing me that it was not in stock!) The money was taken from my credit card immediately after ordering. Eventually, I got fed up with waiting for delivery so I cancelled three weeks ago - still no sign of refunding my card which is costing interest daily etc. What a way to run a... (read more)

Have had the same experience - refused to cancel my order even though they'd admitted in writing that they hadn't even started work on the item.
I cancelled as they were taking forever to deliver, they ended up taking £240 of my money for an item I no longer wanted and unfortunately I just gave in eventually as wasn't worth my time and travel to fight them in court.
I wrote a review on here but they've complained and it's been taken down for review! I have the email evidence so am just awaiting this going back up on this site!
My advice to anyone reading this is DONT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY as in my opinion these guys are DISHONEST AND RUDE!

I purchased a pigeon magnet kit from decoying uk, the kit should of included a rotary, 2 air pro decoys, battery and charger and a speed controller. They take your money without having the items in stock, I quite honestly believe they take you money and never intend to send you you're full order. These guys are nothing but criminals, I'm very surprised trading standard continue to allow the owner John Deacon to trade. I ordered 4 items from their website in February, after a week I made the first of many phone calls to come. I was informed these items were not in stock, I subsequently requested a refund at which point I was told the items were actually in the post. You get nothing but lies. Called into the shop in Feb 2011, purchased a number of items from them, I had to constantly phone and email them, got all sort of excuses from them.In my last email I threaten them with legal action, also told them I would report them to the police as I did,nt believe that the company and its staff are Fit and Proper people either to sell or to hold a Firearm certifate.Got some nasty email from them, but got they stuff delivered within a week.

Ordered hide poles, net and FUD decoys on thursday last week and got them delivered on friday afternoon. Great service and the kit is all top quality. I smell a rat with some of the bad reviews on here and when I spoke to the people in the shop they said they were well aware of what was being said and that it was being dealt with by solicitors.
I am a happy customer and will use this company again.

Just been over to the shop this morning and got a very good deal on a new beretta and some pigeon shooting gear. The shop is superb and was very well stocked. I cannot beleive the vendetta against these lads by the pigeonwatch oddballs and Paul Harts only friend, Tam Paxman.
Have to say I left well please and was given a tour of the warehouse which at the time had at least 50-60 orders packed and ready to go at 11 this morning...hardly a sign of a 'dodgy' company!

Ordered on 14th Feb and have spoken to them every day since, Spoke to Mark and John, get told different tales every time, claiming they are on back order to they have been dispatched. Gave me a false tracking number and noe trying to blame their couriers!! I have spoken to their couriers who claim they do this all the time! I am also waiting for £200 of gear since beginning of Jan. Get different stories each time I call and no reply to emails. I have complained to BASC who say they get at least one complaint a day and are stopping them advertising in the mag. I am going to contact trading standards via Consumer Direct (08454 04 05 06), also credit card company, advertising standards, and editors of other mags they advertise in.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

If you have got visa on your debit card you can ring your bank .They will re-inburse your money back onto your card. This is what i done when i had trouble with DECOYING. The bank will then chase them up for the money .DECOYING do not like big business chasing them down for monies owed
