I have tried alot of eyeliners as im always searching for the perfect match to suit me and this one has by far been the best ive tried.It was easy to apply and dries quickly.Its also a fab vibrant colour and really makes your eyes stand out.It does sometimes smudge a little bit but not much at all and if im honest i have never found an eyeliner yet that has not smudged after a few hours and i will certainly be buying this again. This is the greatest product ever. It last all day and can only be taken off with vaseline or product like that. I love this product so much, but am having a hard time finding it on th e shelves. (read more)

Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner
Pros: Easy on, variety of colours, price.
Cons: Takes a couple of coats for colour to show. Smudges easily, wears off quickly.
Comments: Cheap and Cheerful.

Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner was amazing. It was smooth for even coverage. it's quite expensive for eyeliner but, it's eyeliner, it's hardly pricey for how good it looks! (read more)

Stays on for a long time, and most importantly once dry does not smudge so you dont end up with a dark patch under the eye. Easy to apply - go slow though if you've never used liquid eyeliner before.Like all liquid eyeliners, it will smudge when not fully dry and will then bleed into the eyelid crease. Just be patient and allow to dry and you wont have a problem (read more)

I love Rimmel's Exaggerate waterproof liner! I use color 261 noir. It is easy to apply and stays in place. Since my eyelids tend to get oily, I use a light coat of eye shadow or pressed powder over the eyelid area after applying, which prevents any smudging. I have tried many eyeliners that smudge and have to be reapplied often, but not this one. I am sold on this brand! (read more)

I just bought Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner, it's really good for what I paid--two or three bucks I believe--and it's got a sharpener and smearing thing on the end, which is really helpful. It also looks awesome, and goes on very easy. Recommend it to anyone. (read more)

Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner goes on so easily. I am a "mature" user and have had trouble with eyeliner not going on smoothly, as well as stretching the eyelid skin, but this one works well. (read more)

I bought the Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner in a drugstore "out west" when I was on an extended trip. I am so glad to find this site, because I had looked and looked in my home town (in S.C.) for this color and was unable to find what I wanted in any brand.
I now see by this web site that Target (and there is a local Target store where I live!) carries the Rimmel line of makeup!!! That is great news to me. It may be suitable for the younger girls, but I am decidedly older and want to use...

Used Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner before, and then I tried another top brand and found it just would not sharpen and would break off in the sharpener and everywhere...Pain! But Rimmel works brilliantly I chose the Exaggerate one as I hardly smudge mine usually for effects. Top product! (read more)

<br/>I am struggling to find an eyeliner that doesnt smudge to the point that its nonexistent if it is touched.
<br/>I have bought Dior, Chanel and Mac products and all smudge (i think they are designed to do his). However, when i smudge it, only a very faint line is left, and even if i dont smudge it, it only last a couple of hours and then is non-existent.
<br/>Does the Rimmel Exagerate Eye liner smudge at all?? Can it be rubbed in? I want one that will stick there and make my eyes look bold -does this product do that??
