Good Points: Well, the packaging is lovely. It looks really pleasant with the gold cover. The application is very precise! The product stays for a long time and doesn't smudge at all!
Nothing beats a slim, gold liner. It flows magically. The tip is very easy to handle and it doesn't smudge AT ALL! It stays the whole day and you don't have to re-touch!

Bad Points: When I first bought it, it wasn't really automatic as they say it was. The saleslady still had to shake it numerous times just so the fluid inside will flow. When I got home, I tried using mine for the first time... I shook it a lot of times and voila! It flows like satin! I used it a couple of times but then after that, it just stopped working properly.
I shook it as hard as I could, wiped the dried off liquid at the tip and still there was no sign of the liquid. I'm positive that it hasn't dried up because at times after shaking it, a tiny bit of liquid flows out of the side tip (not on the brush tip itself).
The item is a bit expensive and I just don't know what to do with it anymore. It's a nice liner but I got to use it only a couple of times.

General comments: This is an expensive eyeliner, Yves Saint Laurent L'eyeliner that can really blow you off. It's automatic alright, how? it just stops flowing and you don't have any idea on how to make it work. well, unless you cut the pen open (which is a very messy thing to do).
I bought the diorliner and find it really easy to use. I favored the ysl liner but then, I am not sure whether it is a really good product. so, as of now I am sticking to diorliner!
Overall, this item just looks good. They keep on insisting that it flows automatically, but seriously. what's so automatic about it? You don't even know how much liquid comes out of it everytime you use it because sometimes, there's no liquid at all.
I'm kind of frustrated with this item because firstly, it's a tad bit expensive and I don't know what else to do with it now. not knowing how it's going to work.
