Overall I am very satisfied with the way Argos provide there pet insurance we always get a full settlement and a first class service our pet means everything to us and I trust Argos pet insurance as they deliver a quality service.

The claim went through without a hitch and payment was made promptly. I didn't know what was going on until I got my bank statement but other than that I would recommend Argos pet insurance.

After our puppy accidentally ingested a sock we were understandably worried about him when he had severe sickness and diarrhoea and needed an operation . He was looked after extremely well and has made a complete recovery. The claim procedure was simple and quick to complete and money was in my account with two weeks. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My claim was settled promptly, and in full, and the money paid in to my bank, within five days of notification, of Argos receiving my claim form. This is the second claim we have made, and some insurance gets a bad press, from myself included, but I have no complaints with this policy

Claim on dogs leg was dealt with quickly and efficently. Vet sent off claim and no more contact with insurers until money paid into account.

I recently had to make a claim on my pet insurance and found the entire procedure very easy. My claim was dealt with very efficiently, and I was even sent a text message to inform me of the process of my claim which was settled quickly. The only draw back is the high price of the insurance and also the jump in price from one year to the next.

No complaints about the policy very polite people on the end of the phone what more can you say would recommend to other people.

I was pleased at being able to download and print a straightforward, easy to complete claim form.I was also pleased with the options on offer of how to receive a payment and the speed with which the claim was processed.

My get submitted the claim form on my behalf. Argos wanted further information from my get which was supplied and Argos paid the claim. I had no issues with my claim

At first I was very worried the claim was not going to be accepted. After a lot of phone calls between my eats & Argos, the claim was accepted, which obviously I am pleased about. First contact with Argos seemed as if they could not be bothered and did not care. This went on for approximately 7 weeks. My vets eventually sorted it all out & the claim was accepted.

You dont normally associate the name Argos with pet insurance but we are glad we discovered them about 7 years ago. The platinum package gives us almost everything we need especially as our dog has an ongoing condition that needsvregular medication. Of course that means the costs have gone up significantly over the years but I can understand that. On the occassions we have had to call them the service has always been friendly and helpful. Claims are always processed quickly once they receive them from the vet. Would prefer it if they could pay the vet directly especially as we are long standing customer but I dont think they offer that in the policy we have. Great service and would definitely recommend Argos Pet Insurance.

We have used Argos Pet Insurance for a number of years now for rwo of our dogs. They are always very good at settling claims - we have unfortunately had to claim three times with Maisie. I would recommend them highly but the only niggle is that my policy did go up by £20 a month this year which I am sure is due to our claims so you should bear this is mind.

The vet thought that my little dog may have swallowed a foreign object and so had to operate quickly after xray proved inconclusive. happily nothing found. The vets said they would deal directly with the insurance company which they did but only in so far as they completed the form and sent it off..... I was expected to pay the very large bill up front and then claim back, please check with your vet. id hate anyone else to be in the same position I was just before Xmas and £800 down. the vets took 3 weeks to fill in the form which they eventually did after several reminders. Thankfully argos processed my claim within the week and payment was received just before Christmas.Check whether your vet makes you pay up front its not always clear...

As the title... no complaints! Fast to pay out and easy to deal with.
