    Good Points: No constant stream of paper in the post.


    General comments: Great service and I love the green policies. Logging in was a bit confusing I had to make a couple of phone calls before I was sorted.

    I have a Smile account, and have had it for about 2 years now. I think it's an excellent service. I love the fact that the company commits to not investing my money in dubious companies that cause the world / people harm, it means I don't have to think about it, and I know I can trust their own policies. Beyond that I've found it to be an excellent commercially driven service, that's at the top of the Internet Banking game, and gives you an excellent rate of interest.
