    Good Points: Good Internet banking service, easy to use, and quite hard to get locked out of.


    Bad Points: Interest rates were good once, but are now comparatively dire.
    The call centre directs you to dreaded voice recognition software. You are expected to know all your account numbers to use this and it takes forever and a day to complete even a simple transaction.


    General comments: The Standard Life savings account has one of the most frustrating telephone banking set ups going. The internet banking service is easy to use, and it is quite hard to get locked out of it.
