I have a Lloyds Current a/c with Vantage that I use for my regular banking and paying bills etc. Normally I would not recomment Lloyds, or indead any other of the "big banks" but this account offers me up to 4% interest providing I keep the account in the black. This higher rate of interest is achieved if you have £7000 in the account and anything above this atracts no interest so I use another account for any surplus I may have.
