    Good Points: Good rate of interest. Good online service links accounts globally, making transfer fast and cheap.


    Bad Points: The parent company was exposed early on in the subprime crisis in the US. It took several weeks to get a response from the London office on the subject and the answer was not satisfactory.


    General comments: I think Citibank is a good bank but there is a question mark against its exposure to risky mortgage lending. Whether it is big enough to weather the storm.
