    Good Points: Only 0.9% annual fee.


    Bad Points: Extremely poor service.
    No internet access to view fund balance or manage funds.


    General comments: My experience with Halifax Life Pension would put me off using Halifax for any financial service again.

    To do anything requires numerous phone calls, and no-one will ever return your phone calls.
