“Excellent experience travelling through Humberside...”

Excellent experience travelling through Humberside recently on a visit to Hull. Excellent service by KLM, off thr plane and in a taxi in minutes. Would higy reccomend the journey, certainly the best airport in the area by far. No complaints. (read more)

Contrary to other, perhaps biased opinions of Humberside, I find the airport to be top of the league as regards efficiency and convenience. It may not attract customers from further than its relatively small catchment area of Hull, Grimsby and Scunthorpe, but it manages to serve this limited catchment very well indeed.
KLM offer upto four times daily services to Amsterdam, with through flights to most destinations worldwide, something lacking at most other regional airports (Doncaster... (read more)

“I don't see the point of having a really quiet airport...”

I don't see the point of having a really quiet airport which only offers flights to Amsterdam and Aberdeen and rare charter flights. I dislike this airport because there are no comfortable seats and hardly any shops or eating facilities. I thought the toilets smelt and were really dirty. Humberside airport seems to have the worst transport links ever! (read more)

This review was written nearly two years ago and still it only operates regually to Aberdeen and Amsterdam. it's not grown at all!

Everything about Humberside airport was awful. I have been to Stansted, Birmingham, East Midlands, Heathrow, Gatwick and many more and Humberside has to be the worst! Shops and eating facilities were extremely poor and the airport was dirtier than any other airport I've been to! (read more)
