I've ordered from GG a number of the times over the last 3 years. I've never had a problem until last week. I ordered a driver from them on a Monday morning and the order was not shipped until Thursday and I received the club the following Tuesday!! Are you serious? I also traded in clubs on 3 occasions and they processed my trade in within 24 hours. Well, a week ago Friday they received my trade in clubs and I still have not received the credit for my clubs!! I ordered 2 putters and 2 drivers because the prices were okay and they advertised most orders get shipped within 1 day. Well, after several email and phone call exchanges with GlobalGolf, and their false promises that "your order is packed and will ship tomorrow" I just cancelled my order. I wasted a week with them. Bought two mint cleveland 588 wedges and they both came brand new! They both still had plastic on the grips and the club heads. It's impossible to tell that they were ever touched. Good club prices, but they sent me the wrong clubs,and it took forever in the mail. I sent the clubs back and they shipped same clubs to me again,!!!fairly quickly though.. They gave me a 25$ gift card, and offered free shipping. So i ordered new clubs and it is taking forever again! The receptionist was not helpful with explaining the processes either. I bought a Callaway driver. When it arrived it was nothing like they said. The crown and sole were all scratched and the fact had a spot worn through the finish. I sent it back and they said it was alright. They lied and I got stuck for shipping both ways.

No complaints. From other reviews, it sounds like several of the people who were unhappy had ordered used clubs and found them to be much more used than advertised. Ordered a new Taylormade RBZ 3 wood from this company, it took 4 days for them to process the order, then another 4 days after multiple calls to get a shipping/tracking number, company states that the shipping/tracking number would be available within 3-4 HOURS, come to find out the club was shipped from California, not North Carolina and I paid North Carolina tax on it. I bought two clubs from Global Golf. 1 was rated as good and the other as excellent. They club that was rated as good was actually very poor quality. It had many deep scratches and indentions. Just got off the phone, and not surprisingly found out what the others have to say about GlobalGolf.com. The clubs were used, more in the very good, not excellent style. The finish was mottled, rubbed from Black to silver on the Burner 2.0 irons. They came actually dirty, not cleaned and not inspected from what I can see. It has now been 5 weeks since I ordered these shoes. After promise of over night shipping, which took over a week because they didn't have them in stock, I was told they had shipped but they didn't show. I was told from GlobalGolf that they will send me brand new one with the price of pre-own Vokey wedge I paid ($75). I was waiting and taking regarding on this issue for more than a month, guess what? They just canceled the order, and didn't send me new one that they promised a month ago.

They do not store items in stock. When I ordered clubs from them, they place the order with the supplier and then would ship them to you once they receive it. I kept checking their site every day for the past 5 days and I get the same status "processing order" or something like that.

I can't speak for any of the people who are unhappy with Global Golf, but I can say my experience was AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I ordered a "mint" condition utility club on Sunday afternoon, and received what appeared to be a new club (even shrink wrapped) on Wednesday (three business days). I was able to track the package via the website and notice provided Global Golf. They provided everything as promised at the best price I could find on the web.
