Good Points: The plan acts as a motivator
It doesn't cost anything unlike Weightwatchers etc
Counting calories reminds me about portion control

Bad Points: I am not sure where to enter my weight loss to update my progress

General comments: It would be useful to have a calorie reckoner for basic foods on the site and to be able to see previous weeks entries as I tend to each much the same foods regularly. Is it only me who sees my food diary or does a dietician ever see them?
It is a very good idea and has clearly motivated a lot of people,so well done to Boots for an innovative idea to help us to help ourselves.
