I normally use another brand but thought I would try RightGuard. The biggest issue I have is this product is almost impossible to remove. Even after having a shower and scrubbing my arm pits until they were sore, I still had sticky arm pits. Having used it for 3 days it feels like its just building up layers. I am going back to my other brand. On the plus side, it does keep you dry. I have 5 of these spray cans. I might spray it on my flat roof, it would certainly keep the rain out. God only knows what it does to your lungs.

I had no issues with the effectiveness of the deodorant but I threw out half a stick, which is very rare for me. I will usually finish a product even if I don't care for it. This deodorant leaves a sticky, gooey film which does not wash off in a shower. Several applications of soap would not remove it. Trying to wash it off gets it on one's hands and then spreads the goo to other parts of the body. The several times I used it I ended up feeling sticky after showering. I would never buy this product again!

It was a while ago since I used this product so apologies for the lack of detail regarding smell etc. I always buy these products when they are BOGOF at the supermarkets so recently I decided to try several different ones so that I can generally buy one BOGOF all the time. I've tried about 5 recently and I found right guard to be by far the worse. The worst part about it is that it produces a massive amount of white powder after spraying on like a bad anti-perspirent. I could wave my arms about like a clucking chicken and the whole thing would fall from my armpits like talcum powder! I didn't like the smell either but this could just be personal preference. Also my nose is quite sensitive to certain products of this nature and it made me have several sneezing fits. For those who recommend this I would suggest it's probably the only product in the range that you've tried and you don't like change! There are some good products on the market but a lot of rubbish. My advice is to give nivea for men white mark control a try as this is a very strong product from an excellent manufacturer. No distinctive manly smell but works as it should do

I am so frustrated. I found Right Guard Clinical strengh spray antiperspirant/deodrant on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart, so i purchased 4 of them. All of them run out of steam less than half way thru the canister! It starts out as a nice fine spray, one spray covers most of area well. Now, it drizzles out and 10 presses later might just cover enough to say forget about it. I went on their web site and guess what? the 'contact us' link won't load. Hmmmm
I won't buy this again!

I only bought Right Guard deodorant because it was on BOGOF. Never again! Everything single one of my work blouses has ended up with a greasy stain under the arm pits. After complaining I got £8 worth of vouchers and instructions of how to wash the stains out. Guess what, it hasn't worked! They have put the problem down to applying too much or not letting it dry. Well, I'm 28 so I know how to apply deodorant and can say this has never happened before.

Doesn't even last for an hour. I've been searching for a deodorant that actaully works... and had been recommended Right Guard. (Right Guard for women). Lasts for about 30mins.

Right Guard - I had always used the mens unperfumed product and it was great. They re-launched the product a year or so ago and appear to have discontinued the unperfumed spray. So I used Original and got rashes too. So I started using the women's unperfumed but it's now occured to me that there may be feminizing chemicals in it!? Anyone have any views on this?

I have been using Right Guard for years and was very pleased with the product, but recently, I have started breaking out in rashes using it. I don't know if they have added some different ingredients or what, but I do not use the product anymore.

Shortly after I wrote my review, they brought back the unperfumed Right Guard can, but now they seem to have discontinued it again! I scoured the shops and found 6 cans left in Boots, and I bought them all out! Got some very funny looks buying 6 cans of deodorant and nothing else!

Same thing happened to me after using Right Guard - except the "rash" was so bad, it caused vivid redness to the skin, and small bumps appeared at the red area also. I called Dial, and they were helpful - AT FIRST - they connected me to their Medical Team, who advised using vitamin E and Hydrocortisone. Both the Dial Rep. and the Medical Rep. said they would follow up with me in a few days. On the second day after my call, a Rep. from Dial called me, asking how I was. I said my underarms were getting better, but the Hydrocortisone applications burned. The very next words out of her mouth were "We will refund your purchase"!

Try using Right Guard 24 hour time release protection. Usually available in Boots or Superdrug in various scent plus none scented. Work extemely well for me, but do not use it on a damp body i.e. just after a bath/shower......it will not last and smells awful after a few hours.
