My wife and myself have stayed at Apartments Villa Concha for five years on the trot we are going back again this july 2009. Last year I surprised my wife by organising to renew our wedding vows on our 35th wedding anniversary july 14th. all the staff went above and beyond what I expected and made our special evening as memorable as our original wedding day. The manager even arranged for a vicar from a local church [ who was english] to perform the ceromony. We will be going back for many years to come.I would recommend it to anyone of all ages. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. All you have to do is ask and if they can they will accommodate you

Balconys were too close together and walls in studio apts were too thin this coupled with inconsiderate noisy neighbours ruined the holiday. We heard the people next door in the bathroom and all conversations whilst they were sat on balcony!! Apts are ok if you want a cheap hol with low expectations but avoid if you prefer quiet, more spread out rooms where you don't want to share your neighbors holiday!

This holiday was absolutely fantastic for all ages, would recommend villa concha to families with children of all ages,
Puerto Pollensa is so clean with fantastic sights.
The square is a mixture of old Spanish buildings and quirky bars and restaurants, there are no night clubs so not recommended of you want that.
There's every single restaurant you can imagine, and the service is quick and friendly.
You have to go to Puerto Pllensa and experience it for yourself.
We will be going back for years ...

I loved the pool as it was just the right depth for me. Even though I couldn't actually stand all the way around I liked to have it as a challenge. Another good point was that there was lifeguards round the pool all of the time so there was no accidents when we were present.
Everything was great and we would like to visit Villa Concha Apartments next year.

I have read many reviews about the Apartments Villa Concha and many of them were unfairly negative in my opinion. We stayed there for 7 nights at the end of September 2007 in a one bedroom apartment which was a nice size for two of us and had plenty of storage space. The kitchen area was basic and was separate from the main living area which was a good design idea. Contrary to other reviews we found the whole complex to be very clean and tidy. The apartment was cleaned three times a week to a go ...

The Villa Concha is an acceptable place for families although it could do with an upgrade. The communal areas are kept clean although the windows in the corridors are really dangerous as when open they open inwards and with sharp edges just at the height of a child's head. The swimming pools are really cold and although the complex asked people not to reserve beds people still did and you had to be there by 8.00 a.m. to stand a chance. We only went to the pool once preferring to go to the bea ...

Dad (42), Mum (41), Son (12) and Daughter (8). Had a lovely holiday and would recommend the Villa Concha Apartments for families with young children. Our 12 year old boy found it a bit boring, as there's mainly younger children there but our daughter loved every minute. Usual problem getting sun beds, but we went to the beach during the day and returned to the pool early evening. The beach is a short stroll away, very clean and safe. The sea was warmer than the pool!

We ate at the complex a f ...

Apartments were clean. Kitchen was seperate to the living room area which made it feel a bit cramped (but some people may prefer the seperate space). The pool was clean and the lifeguard was fantastic, some people said he was over the top (for example advising people with small children to put T shirts on the kids rather than just sun block), but he told us that our child's inflatable swimming vest was on backwards for which I was thankful. Most of the staff were helpful and the reps were good.

The Villa Concha is very good value for money with a nice pool for children of all ages and the food was very nice. The bar staff and entertainment people worked very hard. In all a very relaxing holiday, and I enjoyed it very much.

My husband and I along with our 2 year old son stayed in the Puerto Pollensa, Apartments Villa Concha last year. The apartments were clean and spacious, enough for us and what we were looking for. However, I would have preferred a double bed for me and my son to sleep on. The third bed pulled out from underneath one of the sofa's which wasn't ideal. Whilst we didn't eat that often in the hotel the food was very nice and good value for money. The beach was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel with ...

We stayed on the first floor in a single floor apartment at Villa Concha. We had maid service three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri). The rooms were always spotless, with the towels being changed three times a week, (Mon, Wed, Fri), and the bed sheets twice on a Monday and a Friday.

If you are traveling in a party and are staying in different apartments, the internal telephone system is a great way to call other apartments. All you have to do is dial the apartment number. Every room has a telepho ...

We stayed at the Villa Concha in July 2005 and had a great time! Ignore the reviews warning you not to take teenagers here because we had two teenage girls aged 16 and 17 with us and they had the time of their lives! Loads for them to do! During the day they went shopping, sunbathed, watersports, swimming, waterparks, hired mopeds, went on a hunt for Robbie Williams Apartment and then got to meet him whilst he was also on his holidays there!! In the evening they went for dinner themselves to dif ...

If you do end up going to Villa Concha, will you please, please tell the Restaurant staff that Pamela, Chloe and Jackie say Hello, and we miss them. You must not miss the days out...Pirates, caves of drac, waterpark ect...expecially pirates!

Overall, it was a good holiday for adults and young children. Ignore reviews about ants there's only a few here and there, and the staff are great except for the evening reception staff.

    Thanks. Enjoy your holiday!!!!

Don't listen to the other reviews about the Apartments Villa Concha, which tell you that the staff are horrible it's only the night time receptionist but the tour reps and waiter are fantastic, even the life guard is nice. It is true that there are ants but your only talking 2 or 3 here and there what do you expect. The rooms are completely spotless. I suggest if you are going self catering, not to cook in the apartment as the kitchen is tiny, the resturant is great though. There are loads of da ...

Puerto Pollensa beach was fantastic, especially the sunlongers and umbrellas (at an extra cost!) The beach was never crowded and very peaceful with a nice backdrop. There were plenty on good resturants especially if you venture into town a bit. There were a few beachwear and clothes shops dotted about and more in alcudia. We hired a car for the day locally and went up to formentor (quite a scary drive!!) but well worth a visit. We would definatly stay in the Villa Concha again as we had such a l ...
