    just arrived back from these apartments of the 22nd of October and cannot say nothing bad about them. rooms were spotless, staff were extremely friendly and if you had a problem it was sorted straight away.

    Try to get a top floor apt as this cuts out noise from above of 4am high heels!Mainly well behaved Scandinavians for our first week until a large group of football strip wearing,lager carrying Scots arrived and ruined the otherwise quiet holiday.Complaints to the rep and hotel reception were ignored.The barman said the Scots were spending their cash there so why stop them?The resort is a lot better than Tenerife,but the touts are still evident.Best to walk on the beach side at night.Lanis seems ...

    Just returned from Chinco Plaza Apartments. The apartments are spacious and clean. Only get towels twice a week! we were there for 2 weeks and couldnt get our hands on towels. They kept saying in reception they would leave them up to our apartment but they never did. The entertainment at night was very poor and with a 4 year old we had to go down to the strip which wasnt ideal. The hill is tiresome after 2 weeks. We had a teenager with us and there was nothing for him to do either. Wouldnt recom ...

    Fantastic pools, location, staff, weather, maids, cleanliness, maintanace, nearby bars and restaurants. I found The apartments where a little on the noisy side.. would definately recommend the cinco plazas apartments!

    We had a nice clean rooomy apartment at the Cinco Plazas Apartments in Puerto Del Carmen, with nice surroundings, nice pool, nice apartment, nice island with lots to do and very clean.

    This hotel was so clean, i did not see a piece of rubbish. I also loved the pool. I didn't like the food though.

    The Cinco Plazas Apartments are a brilliant place to stay highly recommend it!! There are no bad points!! Great place to stay food lovely, staff lovely and the rooms are beautiful!!

    I have been to these apartments a number of times and they are just fab!! Accommodation, location and resort all ten out of ten. The place is fantastic. I would recommend.

    On the whole, my husband and I being in our early 60's and our first visit to Lanzarote, arrived back home 22 May 2008, was pleased with the choice of venue. As we like the hustle and bustle and going out and trying different restaurants and bars, it suited us very well.

    There were lots of side streets with quieter bars and restraurants should you want to eat outside the appt.

    Being on a slight hill, thought the road going down could be a bit slippery, depending on what footwear you had on, ...

    Good location good value for money and a few meters away from the beach the food at the Cinco Plazas I didn't like but anywhere else was good apart from Top Gun which when you get to the bottom of the road is to your left takes along time. I recommend the American Indian bar to the right. If your looking for a romantic evening take a walk along the beach. Good excursions also especially the waterpark in Costa Teguise. Take a bus don't try walk the volcano trip for me was boring you only got 15mi ...

    Very very clean resort, and very friendly to all families, our children were made very welcome everywhere. We go back again over and over again.

    The apartments are nice. The bedroom was very hot and humid, and you need a fan or air conditioning. It made my asthma worse. There were no locks on any inner doors, and as the toilet has 2 doors leading into it, you had to be very fast in there! Our 2 year old kept bursting in.

    The baby pool was colder than the main pool, but it was OK. We spent most of the time there. If you want a sun bed with a positionable back, you will have to get out there quite early. There is one entertainment bloke ...

    The Cinco Plazas ar great apartments in a superb location. Plenty to do around accomodation during the day and night. Entertainment most nights and choice of food from menu is also very good with excellent prices. Rooms were very spacious and very clean. Everything I asked for I got that same day. 24 hour reception and safety boxes made me and my family feel very safe staying here. Pool areas were kept sparkling clean at all times. Would definately return to these apartments.

    My partner and I just returned from Cinco Plaza Ppartments in Puerto del Carmen this morning. The entire complex is undergoing extensive refurbishment as I write this,with one block completed and little disruption as the rest of the work goes on. We both thought the location excellent,the only slight drawback about heading for the main shopping/eating area is a hill that some may find difficult.     Cinco Plazas Apartments was imaculate. Staff were friendly, attention to detail was superb. Very well built hotel. This was my first time in Lanzarote, I needed an aircon, this would have made the perfect. There are 18 of us going next year so that should say something nice one Thomson!

    From start to finish our stay at the Cinco Plazas Apartments was excellent.
    The staff and entertainment was brilliant, the bar staff were exceptionally good with children. The food was good but if you take the 5 min walk down to the sea front you will find 8 kms of bars and restaurants. The best by far being Piniocchios restaurant. Although I did find that the beer was cheapest at the hotel bar.

    Cinco Plazas Apartments are excellent value for money. I have stayed at the Cinco Plazas twice as I had such a good holiday. The apartments are in the centre of everything. The beach is a 5 minute walk as well as all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs. I travelled in August 2001 and 2002 and the weather was very hot making the holiday even more enjoyable.
