    I didnt believe it would be possible, but the web site rally is as appaling and irritating as the television advert. The range of cards are as dull as dishwater and if they are representaive of the owners sense of humour I can only assume theyre accountants. If they gave the cards away for free and paid the postage I would still feel I'd been ripped off.

    Absolutely delighted with everything I've ordered from Moonpig. The cards were sent out on the day requested as promised and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. The personalisation of the card was splendid. The clarity of the uploaded pictures and the cost for such a good service.

    do Moonpig actually sell any cards? I ask that because your tv advert is so apathetic and so completely lacking in enthusiasm for your product, as to give the impression that you yourselves lack faith in its integrity.
    In short. The advert screams, (We have cards if you want them. But we'll understand if you don't bother. We couldn't care less either!)

    Moonpig had good cards but I have been trying to make a photo card but every time I nearly finish it crashes and I loose all my hard work!

    I ordered from Moonpig for the first time this Valentines Day. Good selection. It seemed that the website was annoyingly slow and kept crashing, managed to order on the fifth time of asking. I allowed an extra day for delivery, but card has yet to arrive. Spoke to a customer service rep who by the sound of it gets this all day, due to Moonpig's unreliability, he seemed to read a script where he refused to give a refund.

    I had one sent to me for my birthday 2nd December by my daughter grandson and friend and, when I opened it on my birthday was totally blown away..... It was certainly the best birthday card I've ever had.....

    Massive selection of cards, you can upload your own photos, write as you wish, choose thousands of different layouts, etc. You can also include flowers and voice cards in your delivery for a lovely surprise.
    Do not rely on postage with moonpig.com, as I and others have learnt. Well recommend moonpig.com.

    I've used moonpig many times and too had a card that did not arrive. I gave up trying to contact them.
    I decided to give MemorySender a go. The site is very good, but also my card did not arrive. I sent them an email (as there is no other way to contact them) and didnt expect a response. I got a full appology, a replacement card sent the next day and a full refund. I was stunned. You can't ask for more than that.

    I would just like to say a big thankyou to whom it may concern for creating this most outstanding website and I would definately reccomend it to all of my friends and being an ex soldier I have a fair few THANKYOU for all your hard work that you must have put in to it!     I've had no bother with moon pig. I ordered 3 cards from them lately and they all came quick and in excellent condition. I put a picture of my grandad on a card for his 80th bday and the quality of the picture is fantastic! I certainly will be using this website again around xmas time!

    Iv used moonpig.com a few times and im very impressed indeed. Unique cards and so many options. Photo uploads are great. My family are so impressed when they receive a moonpig card. And not to mention it beats searching for a card in the shops, also its fun.

    Moonpig may be victims of their own success. Their site is not always working well and I often struggle to get them on the phone. Had to find alternative - tried The Card And Gift Company - website seems fast - haven't seen card from them yet though as I just ordered.

    I have used Moonpig a whole bunch of times and i think its great fun, friends and family are always impressed with the cards! Prices are ok and the delivery is always fast.
    Everytime i get somebody a moonpig card they say wow where did you get that done!...None of them had ever heard of moonpig.

    The card and the service was excellent, I will be using Moonpig again and I will also advise family and friends to use Moonpig.

    Expensive and then when the card did not arrive they refused to look into it or provide proof of postage
    Would not use Moonpig again.

    Its seems that the bigger this company have got the worse their service is.

    I was originally pleased with the site and have recommended them to friends. I assumed an error had been made and gave them the opportunity to put this right. Now, however I am extremely disappointed with the customer service they have yet to provide.

    I received a photo upload card and after a month the picture had faded. In fairness most people don't keep their cards on display for that long a period. But I was too sentimental to throw it away.
    For funny cards you cant beat this site but for photo cards memorysender.com is leagues apart. I sent one of those to my mum when my grandfather passed away and she cried when she opened it. Six months later she still plays it all the time.
