Everyone I know now sends cards online. I myself have always gone to a card shop and handed it over in person or posted it.Now I think i always will go online in future. The Moonpig site had loads of choice, and putting in my own photos was fun. I even sent a mug along with the card, which saved me a trip to another site to get a present. They were both delivered on time for my friends birthday, and he was happy with it so I can't complain. (read more)

I ordered some flowers to say sorry. They arrived on time. However were wilted or dead. My girlfriend was not impressed and, I don't blame her, binned them. For me, it was a waste of £30 but more so, it was very embarrassing, if not humiliating. I have ordered many cards from Moonpig and was a long-standing customer. First time I ordered flowers, first time I complained. Their customer service was worst than the flowers. No apology but an offer of 10% off on my next order. These kinds of... (read more)

Moonpig flowers - just ignore the delivery date it's just there for show!!! They promise a delivery date then change it to suit themselves - For my mother in laws 82 birthday we sent flowers to arrive on the 27th Jan, they arrived on the 22nd Dec well before xmas and her birthday. Moonpig say that they didn't want to leave them in the postal service over xmas - well if they'd consulted me I would have said leave it until after the 27th but they made the decision for me. Ordered for my mum's 50th birthday, spent £40, meant to be a lovely surprise when my mum opened the door to them. In a massive box arrived the most miserable bunch of flowers. They were an incredibly small bunch that I would not hve spent £20 on if I saw them in a florist. They looked nothing like they did from the picture on the website. Obviously I complained and requested a refund - they refused to give me one for three days (by which point the flowers had wilted!). Poor flowers, even... (read more)
