Good Points: When it works the cards are good.
Bad Points: Web site is getting slower and slower.
General comments: Moonpig may be victims of their own success. Their site is not always working well and I often struggle to get them on the phone. Had to find alternative - tried The Card And Gift Company - website seems fast - haven't seen card from them yet though as I just ordered.

I have used Moonpig a whole bunch of times and i think its great fun, friends and family are always impressed with the cards! Prices are ok and the delivery is always fast.
Everytime i get somebody a moonpig card they say wow where did you get that done!...None of them had ever heard of moonpig.

The card and the service was excellent, I will be using Moonpig again and I will also advise family and friends to use Moonpig.

Expensive and then when the card did not arrive they refused to look into it or provide proof of postage
Would not use Moonpig again.
Its seems that the bigger this company have got the worse their service is.

I was originally pleased with the site and have recommended them to friends. I assumed an error had been made and gave them the opportunity to put this right. Now, however I am extremely disappointed with the customer service they have yet to provide.

I received a photo upload card and after a month the picture had faded. In fairness most people don't keep their cards on display for that long a period. But I was too sentimental to throw it away.
For funny cards you cant beat this site but for photo cards memorysender.com is leagues apart. I sent one of those to my mum when my grandfather passed away and she cried when she opened it. Six months later she still plays it all the time.

I used moonpig for family birthdays recently and all commented on how good the cards were. All arrived on time, even the ones that went abroad. Excellent value. I sent one to my niece with her picture on and apparently the quality was excellent. Will definitely keep using them.

I discovered moonpig.com in February this year and have used them for every birthday since then, fathers day and a christening, every card has been better than i though as i personalised them all with jokes and pictures etc... i have know my best friend for over 10 years and every year we get each other a me to you bear card and guess what you can even personalise the front page them too!! It beats trawling through the card shops for the perfect card and verse when you can make your own without ...

I love moonpig cards. It's makes the event or occasion so special when your recipient remarks on how special your card was, and you know that it will be treasured and not forgotten or thrown in the bin!

Moonpig is a great way to send cards by post without having to get to the shops and worry about stamps. The function for storing addresses and having a reminder calendar make it a fantastic way of never forgetting to send a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion card.
I have sent numerous cards now, and all cards have arrived on time and are of great quality.

The Moonpig eCard web site has obviously been thought about when it was designed, because the order process was very easy. I especially liked the reminder service that I set up for free. It is brilliant, as I always leave it to the last minute. That said, I ordered a card at 1pm and it did actually arrive the next day, which was fantastic! Highly recommended.
