I ordered a card to be sent for my son's birthday in Vermont. An envelope was delivered, but no card included. My son had no idea who sent it so it was a week later before I found out. To be fair to Moonpig, I have used them on numerous occasions without any problem. On complaining they refunded my costs and offered to send a replacement card. I ended up having to buy two cards as the first one never turned up as i entered the postcode wrong. My mistake but if they used Royal mail postal code check this would have been checked and I wouldn't have had to buy another card. I placed an order before 2pm on a Tuesday and as the advert says if you do then guarantee next day delivery. I required the card to be delivered by thursday so 2 days later, I paid for first class delivery so expect first class delivery with the exception of maybe one day so expected it to arrive on Thursday. was disappointed with a number of cards which i had problems with photos . spent hours finding 12 photos and editing them , uploading onto the site and arranging them onto the card , then when i clicked to complete it i got a pop up saying "oh dear.. there has been a problem ,try again later".. was so frustrated as i lost all the work i had done as it wouldnt let me save it and had to start again only to get the same pop up at the end. i chose a different card the next day with only 4 photos... I love the fact that you can personalise cards and not have to worry about missing birthdays, but I did find the search process a pain. I tried the birthday section then typed sister in law but did not get a selection of cards I thought relevant. Also there are pages of them to flick through instead of having another type of search criteria to drill down further..
