My search was for a fuel pump relay for my brother-in-law's 14 year old Suzuki.The part was found at Dacar Automotive within 48 hours.When my relation rang Dacar and explained his problem he was advised to try a few other things before making the purchase, as other parts that may have failed, would be more expensive than a relay and it might be best to scrap the vehicle rather than keep spending money. i put in a request at breakersyard. com for parts and was suprised tht i had an immediate response from a company called CAR AND VAN PARTS DIRECT. Buyer beware, this company is a sham! I was lied to about the delivery dates and refused a refund even though my account had been debited hundreads of pounds. Breakers yard.com provided poor cutomer service and follow up when a complaint was put through to their department. After many phone calls back and forth the issue is still unresolved. I... Update: Breakeryard is currently assisting the opened dispute and has been mediating this case since it was officially reported by the customer. The resolution of the case has been greatly delayed due to banking admin processing times. The supplier has agreed to a refund pending the receipt of the letter from the bank confirming the funds are not being subject to charge back to avoid a double refund. Many thanks.

SUZUKI IGNIS - SPORT M 15 .......I live in a hot and humid Region of Asia in a Little island Sri lanka and have been lucky enough to be able to get my hands on a Suzuki Ignis Sport hatch which is one of the better cars i have used in teh recent past , Convenience of parking , Power Economy , Reliabilty , Road handling and Top end speed is all you need in a car , Not to mention the Quite good Boot space ( in hatch back ) , and also the convenience of parking makes this my best car i hav eused in in teh recent times , how ever running in such humid and hot temratures the Ignis Thrives and performes at its best , never had a cooling problem , or drop in power even in teh rain stors , as floods on the strets in sri lanak is commin due to poor water drainage ..teh Ignis is ideal more like a SUV than a sports hatch , the air filter breather sits on the nose of the bonnet ( HOOD ) , and coudl easly run through 2 - 3 feet of water , all 4 Disc brakes does helps stooping this RPM hungry little rocket , its a pleasure to drive on any day as the car simply is addicted to hard driving conditions and in the hand of a Good driver this coudl easly beat most of its compettitors in the same calss from Start to finish ..., i rate the IGNIS for size , handling , Econmy , Power , Stabilty , realiabilty , handling 8 out of 10 , The IGNIS looses out only on Comfort ...and i will anyday give away comfort to have all above benifits , realiabilty si what we all need in a car , and IGNIS is all abouit overall performance.........

Another real positive was in getting comparisons of prices between not just breakers but suppliers of new (pattern) parts - a real eye-opener. This is a great service as running my own workshop getting recycled/used parts has helped me complete a job where a new part could cost the customer hundreds and I loose the work it gives them the cheaper option although can be a bit risky getting used parts reliability wise but the warranty the breakers quote makes the purchase more re assuring.I do prefer new parts personally but will use breakeryard.com if customer insists and would only buy easy fit items that are used.
