    had a complaint about one of their suppliers and they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. I would use them again. However I have noticed that negative feedback tends to disapear from suppliers details...

    Overall I think the websites a great idea and if they can keep the suppliers in check then it will be a great sucess. A+++++

    Website was good at getting me quick quotes. I chose RS Automative for a wing mirror. It didn't arrive for more than 2 weeks and calls got the usual "it was lost in the post" and "I will call you back in five minutes" - they didn't call back and "It will be delivered today" - it wasn't delivered for a further 4 days. When it finally arrived there was a £8.00 small package delivery charge with a further 15% VAT on top of the delivery charge (plus on top of the goods of course.) making a tot ...

    Awful. I had a few quotes but they were the cheapest. The company (VWS) sounded very knowledgeable and promised my part in time for my ferry abroad. They sent me wrong part TWICE and each time I rang them they promised right one would be there in time (because to change my ferry would be over £100).

    It wasn't there in time! I had to borrow a car to go abroad and then pay for another ferry to bring the car back!! It would have been cheaper to buy a brand new part from the dealer and at le ...

    I ordered a drivers wing for a fiat punto price £35.95p from A1 Dismantlers and was so pleased with the efficiency of the supplier .Courteous and helpful.
    Would reccommend Breakeryard.com.

    I had an unsatisfactory experience with a breaker I found through Breakeryard.com.
    A few days later Breakeryard.com asked me to leave feedback on the breaker, so I did - negative but truthful, saying what happened. Afterwards I got a nasty phone call from the breaker in question. I wanted to see what other feedback had been left about him, but couldn't find it anywhere on the site (and there's no search button either) so emailed Breakeryard asking where the feedback was shown.     dont buy anything from breakeryard, i ordered a part on the 27/08/09
    and still awaiting delivery apart from waiting over a week for a part that turned up as the wrong part ,my part going to someone else but no one knew who had my part , phoned at £1.00 a minute and emailed every day for

    The Breakeryard Website and its operators are very proffessional and we would recommend them. The garage we bought goods from however is another matter. Poor service all round and only returned our money for the faulty part supplied when put under pressure even though they offered a guarantee when we ordered the part.

    Breakeryard were professional and supportive when their supplier, International Car Spares, sent me the wrong part. Breakeryard's professionalism held together what would have otherwise ended up in court.

    Ordered parts after Breakeryard rec. from Jimi's Japanese Parts. They never arrived - twice told they would be despatched - but not so. Now cancelled the order (after hours on the phone waiting to connect!) - offered a credit note.
    I don't think they ever had the parts and were planning to find them whilst holding on to my money.

    Breakeryard.com has excellent service & were very friendly to deal with, item arrived within two days of payment, the site was very simple and straight forward to use - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone - many thanks.

    called breakeryard ordered and paid for parts but the order never materialized, promises, promises, promises, still no parts. finally cancelled and asked for return of cash paid, two weeks now still no return made. ???????

    I ordered a rear light for my Peugeot from Just Peugeot (through Breakeryard) for £42 (incl. delivery). The next morning I found that they have charged me £55! They refunded the £13 a few days later. When my part didn't arrive, I contacted them, which was a mission in itself! Two days of holding on for more than 30 min at a time. Eventually, they came with an excuse that the part 'was damaged in transit' and that they cannot supply it anymore. They 'promised' a full ref ...

    I tried to buy a front Prop shaft for me Isuzu Trooper, from Jimi's Japanese Parts, through Breakeryard. They sent a main prop. shaft, when I had clearly specified I wanted a front one.     Be carseful with Breakeryard.com, I had to involve trading standards and still have not received a full refund!

    Placed an order with Dewsbury Auto Salvage. via brakeryard.com. The part was not delivered when I was told it would be so I cancelled the order. The next day it turned up.     Breakyard.com were very quick at finding several places that stocked the part i needed.although i picked one that sent me the wrong part and still two weeks on are waiting for a refund, as they have got my address wrong several times.

    My parts request was sent to quite a few breakers who responded.

    I ended up dealing with Just Peugeot Citroen Parts Ltd and received wrong & sub-standard parts, I complained many times to Breakeryard.com and they haven't responded or done anything to mediate or resolve the matter.

    If you end up dealing with a good supplier as a result of a Breakeryard.com parts request, you are fortunate.

    Was desperate to find a front end exhaust for my Punto HGT, back in the day Fiat auto wanted wait for it...£316 new, well for that money for me it would have to be made of gold for me to buy at that price. THANKFULLY TheBreakeryard.com located one for me from a supplier within 12hrs of posting the search AND it was brand new AND only a staggering £116! I was well happy and would use again ;)
