Good Points: Great looking shoe. Very comfortable.

Bad Points: No ollie or lace protection.

General comments: These are great shoes and I have been buying them since they came out years ago. Not much good for skating in though. They get trashed very quickly. Fantastic comfortable and eaconomical shoe for chillin or going to work, whatever just not skating.

I like the look, the board feel sorta, and I think they look pretty cool on girls.. LOL. I liked the look of the show, and I like the colors they come in. I also have a pair of sheckler etnie, which i prefer more, but only comfort-wise. I like the overall look, and they have the same board feel as the DCSHOECOUSA court graffiks. I don;t like how they wear out easily. I had mine for a week and a half or two weeks, and already wore down to the mesh on my ollie foot's toe. I really like the Etnies ...

The Etnies Callicut maybe a nice looking, but it isn't the best skate shoe. I'll start with the good points of the shoe. First, it looks good. It's simple and clean, and isn't bulky like some other shoes. Next, it's comfortable, the insoles are good at shaping to your foot, and are soft. Finally, it's fairly cheap, around $55, a good price for anyone who needs a shoe in a bind. But there are some drawbacks. First, it tears easy, especially in the toe. The toe is a shell toe, it has only one la ...

Etnies Callicut - These are the worst shoes etnies ever put out in my opinion, unstylish and uncreative are 2 words to describe this shoe. Hell an adidas superstar with a rubber toe would live longer than this rubbish and yes, a lot of posers and wannabes wear this rubbish, so avoid it at all costs.

The Etnies Callicut are fashionable but they just do not do for skateboarding unless you have enough money to get a new pair every couple of days! Worth the money if you don't skate!

The Etnies Callicut skate shoes look cool when you first buy them, but it's when you start to skate in them that they get trashed, so I don't think this is a good skate shoe. It may be a good poser shoe, but definitely not a good skate shoe.

The Etnies Callicut were my first skate shoes I bought and I bought them before I knew very many other kinds of shoes, these were the only ones I recognized because everyone has them, they are cheap but thats the only good thing about them. The toecap is way too thin and I wore a hole right to my sock in 2 months because it only has one layer of fabric!!! There is no lace protection so I went through many pairs of laces. These shoes look cool when you buy them but after about a week or two you s ...

I had mine for about 3/4 of a month and I could stick my finger right through to the inside of the shoe. The laces break really easily too, but it's the same with other shoes.

The Etnies Callicutt was my first skate shoe - granted I bought the girls' model in suede, which may account for their general suckiness; but being conned into this purchase was unforgiveable. I could barely ollie, but I ripped off the entire side of the shoe in less than two months. The soles wear down incredibly quickly. There's no lace protection so I was cycling through new laces every couple of weeks. In short the durability could use some work - okay, a lot of work. They weren't eve ...

The Etnies Callicut are comfortable and have good grip but once you start tear the suede on them they tear really fast. I tore a whole in mine in about 2 1/2 months ago. I had them for about 3. I would recommend the Etnies raps

The Etnies Callicut non slip grip is wicked. Although it does go through laces really quickly.

At first when i bought the Etnies Callicut shoes I was a new skater so I didn't really care what kind of shoes I had. Now that I'm better and skate harder these shoes just cant handle it. They are ugly, and big and clunky. They ripped all the way through to my foot after 2 months. I just don't think these are good shoes. I just cant recommend them!

I got the Etnies Callicut shoes mainly because they look cool. I don't think they will be the best for skating in because they have no extra toe cap protection, nothing to protect the laces and no shock absorbtion in the heal. Hard skating will probably shread them in no time. Still, I've got other shoes which are good for skating in and these are just way cool for hanging out.
